My partner and I specifically enjoyed the breakfasts served in the dining room at ground level. Also, the ladied and gents who served us had exceptionally good manners and nothing was too much trouble. |

The friendly and helpful service of the staff,the great location which made it easy visit various attractions around the area the food was exelent. I felt it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Unfortunately it did not have its own car parking facilities which was a pity. |

Yes, quite old furniture but overall the price/quality stays well...very well. Add the very good breakfast & the nice staff. For parking, if longer stay, I will advise using a street parking instead of the closed near-by one, since you can save ~ 15-20 eur/day this way (which will buy you a lot of Heineken). |

Good price, such a big difference from a nearby hotel I stayed in recently. I was expecting a lot of noise because it was located in a busy intersection, but there was none at all. Location is great, near offices, shopping, metro and central station. Breakfast is ok, staff were some of the friendlier ones among hotels in the Netherlands. The hotel is old, with some facilities due for upgrading (tv, furniture, carpet,etc), but looks like most materials were built with goodmaterial, so they have lasted (too) long. |

All staff, except one, were nice, friendly and helpful. The room rate and the room service were very affordable. Breakfast offered a wide choice of food. The description of having private parking was a false claim. I needed to park in a public parking a block away. This caught me by surprise (as this was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel) and the doorman working the evening shift on 13 Feb 2010 refused to walk 15 strides away from the hotel doors to help pick up my luggage from the car that I parked temporarily outside the hotel. One more thing, a cup in the room was literally dirty with stains of coffee mix still visible. |

the excellent people working there, the location (ideal for an IFFR visit) the hotel seemed to be a of a bit forgotten member of the Hilton chain: outdated design and nothing seemed new and sparkling. It was clean though. |

Personnel was very nice and welcoming. Beds are excellent. Breakfast was also good. There was a queue before entering the breakfastroom, although personnel was very nice here, the hotel should extend their breakfastfacility, food island is too small. |
