Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sternehotel angemessen und gut. 27,--Euro Parkgebühren für 24 Stunden sind etwas zu hoch. Der Frühstücksbereich wirkt etwas zu klein, etwas zu laut und zu überfüllt. Ansonsten hat der Service gut geklappt. |

Das Hotel ist nicht sehr flexibel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss stimmt nicht. Mit Aussnahme des Frühstücks würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempflehlen. Service. Zimmer extrem klein. Duschvorhang im Band geht gar nicht. |

Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz an der Rezeption, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Frühstückspersonal. Waschtisch aus Granit kam optisch sehr schön rüber. Veraltetes Zimmer, renovierungsbedürftig und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Schrank ohne Regalböden, Bad - bis auf gerichteter Waschtisch- veraltet. |

Zentrale Lage, grosses Parkhaus direkt angeschlossen ans Hotel Das Hotel ist bereits älter und hat an Glanz verloren. Plus mich störte die tägliche Kontrolle der Minibar durch zwei Mitarbeiter mitten am Nachmittag- insbesondere da der Kühlschrank ja bereits mit Sensoren ausgestattet war; hab ich so noch nirgends erlebt. |

The staff were very helpful and polite. I was also able to check in well before the official check-in time of 1400h. The lack of certain amenities, like slippers in the room, vanity kits, shower caps and toothbrush etc... Also, I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay a deposit for borrowing an umbrella on a rainy day. |

The staff especially those on reception, very helpful we arrived at 10am and asked if we could leave the luggage until 2pm to check in and they let us have the rooms straight away. The mini bar was too expensive, and would have liked a safe in the room, also the internet connection is too costly. |

First of all is very well located...Just a few minutes away from the train station, and very close to the shopping area. We also found our room excellent, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a short stay but worthwile. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. |

The most outstanding aspect of our stay at the Rotterdam Hilton was the assistance they provided to us in checking out andhelping us with our luggage to the railroad station, not just to the station but, putting our luggage on the train. It was truly an exit to remember and decide on a return visit. |
