It was a good location and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well presented and provided plenty of choice. It was undergoing renovation which made operations difficult. However, the internet service is not free (22 euros per day); the fitness centre was very small and poorly equipped - more a gesture than an actual facility; and the room heating/air conditioning was not easily adjustable (at least in the 'old' rooms).

The breakfast were excellent Location is excellent Lobby and seating are very convenient Room was sufficient The noise of the work Shower incorporated into the bath is dangerous for older people, I would be surprised if something like that has not happened already Bed was too hot with the one thick blanket, should have thinner blankets available as well

The service was good and location close to Rotterdam Central station, pretty easy to find and within walking distance to all Rotterdam places of interest The curtain was not really convenient to use and the quilt is too think for winter during the time I stayed there, the air-conditioner didn't seem to work since I tuned it to the highest and the room is still cold

I'm not sure about their room management system. I arrived around 14:15 and I would like to check in. However, they told me that they could not confirm the room number for me at that time while some people arrived after me but they got the room before me. Then, around 14:35, they got the room for me, 524, and then I went to my room, there was luggage of existed customer who did not checked out yet when I think that mean this room was not check out yet. I told them and they changed the room for me. Next one was 309, however, this room also as same as 524 that the customer did not check out. However, they changed the room for me, 325, and this time the room was cleaned. I'm not sure this is the regular service from Hilton "international" Rotterdam or not. If yes, noting to say. If no, why this occurred. I booked via this website at 144 Euro which normal price is 344 Euro. I would like to asked hotel that if I did not book via this website and walk in to your hotel with this service, it is unacceptable.

the hotel was in good location, near shooping streets and not far away from the train central. the room was large and cormftable. the room was a little bit old fasion disagner.

Centra location. Well trained and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rather traditional room without any modern hotel "surprises". In other words; sound but boring rooms. No iPod dock. Old fashioned bathroom. Very expensive WiFi, which should be free in a 5* hotel

Convenient location nearby central station. We got a good deal which meant the hotel was reasonably priced, but I certainly wouldn't have paid full rate for this room. Check out at 12 is good. Fine for one night. Although it was clean, the room was badly dated and in severe need of a refurbishment. The hotel is currently undergoing an entire renovation, which means there is ongoing works during the day. Two single beds pushed together with single duvets in what was supposed to be a king room - I expect at least a double bed with double duvet.

Very close for shopping and theatre, this hotel sits in easy walking distance from the Central Station. Rooms are large, beds are very big and comfortable. Decor is a bit tired but as I understand they will start to refurbish them next year. Work has already started on the outside (which we were aware of). Staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms need updating (just a bit tired)

Great location, good service, super breakfast. Rooms a bit old but they are in the process of upgrading. I would stay there again. First time I've stayed in a Hilton with its own dedicated darts room - top marks for that! Wifi way too expensive. Food a bit pricy also

Friendly staff Good location Really good beds and a nice shower with more than enough water pressure (even on the 8th floor ;-)) Wifi not included The (bath)rooms could have an upgrade Charges for extra's are expensive (wifi € 10.00 per hour, breakfast in the room additional € 6.00 for delivery, etc.) No safe in the room
