The most outstanding aspect of our stay at the Rotterdam Hilton was the assistance they provided to us in checking out andhelping us with our luggage to the railroad station, not just to the station but, putting our luggage on the train. It was truly an exit to remember and decide on a return visit. |

After I complained about a smoky room next to a very noisy elevator shaft, I was moved to a quieter, cleaner room. Being placed in a smoking room next to a very noisy elevator shaft. Price was very high (175 euros per night). No breakfast included in the price. |

Excellent staff, large comfortable room, exciting view on city centre. Very good breakfast: rich and various. Internet is very expensive: 10 EUR per hour. Would be better to establish free WIFI or lan access, included in the room rate. |

The staff was very good and took care to enquire how I was and how my trip to Rotterdam was. Have stayed in this hotel before several times before. 1) cost interent at Euro 22 per day and Euro 10 per hour very expensive and actual connection via Swisscom not that good.2) car parking at Euro 27 over night very expensive. |

It's location is perfect: close to the city center and to the central train station. Easy access to public transportation (tram and metro stops very close). Internet fees are quite expensive. It might be that dutch internet services are also expensive, but it is striking that hotels of lower category in Europe (e.g. Switzerland, Germany, Spain) offer this service for free. |

The recepion were very friendly and happy to help. The rooms were very old and there was writing on the wall in the hotel room as well as a large water mark on the floor in the hotel room, I thought that the rooms would have been of a better standard. |

Friendliness of staff, automatically upgraded to an executive room I asked for a quiet room and even in the executive section of the hotel, I ended up in a room right near the trams and the main road, it was very noisy until midnight and again starting at 5 am. |

Excellent service from staff, great breakfast, high tea was very nice and the location of the hotel is very good. The hotel needs some refurbishing, the rooms are outdated. For the money you pay (and for the expectations you have of a Hilton) the rooms should be updated to current fashion and standards. |

Room service just needed 2 min to bring ice cubes. Minibar in the room charges automatically when you touch something. Strange. That's why check your bill when you check out. |
