高級ホテルの広い部屋・充実の設備ながら、方や室料が安い 中央駅より徒歩数分でロケーションも良く、次回も使いたい

設備が整い、清潔感があったこと。

連続しない三泊をしたが、最初の一泊後の朝、フロントで室料に朝食代が含まれていないと言われた。インター- ネット予約では朝食込みとなっていたので、おかしいと思い、その点を指摘したが、すぐには誤りを認めようと- しなかった。そこで、その予約確認書のコピーを提示したところ、奥から別の人（女性）が出てきて、漸く朝食- 込みであることを認めた。不愉快な思いをしたが、最初に応対した当の女性から謝罪の一言もなかったのには非- 常に驚かされた。

The noise of the work Shower incorporated into the bath is dangerous for older people, I would be surprised if something like that has not happened already Bed was too hot with the one thick blanket, should have thinner blankets available as well

Needs renovation, Wifi 22 EUR/day = insane! Of course I rather bought prepaid data SIM.

The service was good and location close to Rotterdam Central station, pretty easy to find and within walking distance to all Rotterdam places of interest

The curtain was not really convenient to use and the quilt is too think for winter during the time I stayed there, the air-conditioner didn't seem to work since I tuned it to the highest and the room is still cold

the hotel was in good location, near shooping streets and not far away from the train central. the room was large and cormftable.

Centra location. Well trained and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Rather traditional room without any modern hotel "surprises". In other words; sound but boring rooms. No iPod dock. Old fashioned bathroom. Very expensive WiFi, which should be free in a 5* hotel

Convenient location nearby central station. We got a good deal which meant the hotel was reasonably priced, but I certainly wouldn't have paid full rate for this room. Check out at 12 is good. Fine for one night.

Although it was clean, the room was badly dated and in severe need of a refurbishment. The hotel is currently undergoing an entire renovation, which means there is ongoing works during the day. Two single beds pushed together with single duvets in what was supposed to be a king room - I expect at least a double bed with double duvet.

Love it.

There are some noise of the machine in the room.

Great location, good service, super breakfast. Rooms a bit old but they are in the process of upgrading. I would stay there again. First time I've stayed in a Hilton with its own dedicated darts room - top marks for that!

Wifi way too expensive. Food a bit pricy also

It is very old and it does not reflect what the bramd hilton is. I was very disapointed.

Friendly staff Good location Really good beds and a nice shower with more than enough water pressure (even on the 8th floor ;-))
