The hotel staff were great, the rooms were lovely and comfy the beds are huggee too, its in a great location and I would deffo stay again

Recently renovated rooms with comfortable design bathrooms. Desk with (extraordinary for most hotels) sufficient power sockets for mobile, laptop and iPad. Staff very professional.

Breakfast very expensive and WiFi (still) not free. No window to open, so had a little headache from the new carpet and paint from the recent renovation.

The breakfast were excellent Location is excellent Lobby and seating are very convenient Room was sufficient

The noise of the work Shower incorporated into the bath is dangerous for older people, I would be surprised if something like that has not happened already Bed was too hot with the one thick blanket, should have thinner blankets available as well

Needs renovation, Wifi 22 EUR/day = insane! Of course I rather bought prepaid data SIM.

I'm not sure about their room management system. I arrived around 14:15 and I would like to check in. However, they told me that they could not confirm the room number for me at that time while some people arrived after me but they got the room before me. Then, around 14:35, they got the room for me, 524, and then I went to my room, there was luggage of existed customer who did not checked out yet when I think that mean this room was not check out yet. I told them and they changed the room for me. Next one was 309, however, this room also as same as 524 that the customer did not check out. However, they changed the room for me, 325, and this time the room was cleaned. I'm not sure this is the regular service from Hilton "international" Rotterdam or not. If yes, noting to say. If no, why this occurred. I booked via this website at 144 Euro which normal price is 344 Euro. I would like to asked hotel that if I did not book via this website and walk in to your hotel with this service, it is unacceptable.

The breakfast with fried eggs was excellent.
