Todo en general. Pero en especial que se esforzasen en entenderme en mi idioma. Asi mismo su proximidad al aeropuerto desde donde se puede ir andado en 5 minutos.

La limpieza en la habitación y el desayuno

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas el personal de recepción no saben el español cuando por allí pasan todos los días españoles y gente latina que hace negocios, es un idioma importante en el mundo del turismo así como a los españoles les ibligan a los que trabajan en turismo el inglés, el francés y el alemán a parte del español lo mismo se debería obligar a nivel de la comunidad europea el español. gracias por su atención.

Convenient location to both rail and airport. Quick, efficient check-out.

Wifi should be included in room cost, as we experienced in similarly priced hotels.

Location. Conveniently located to Schiphol.

Rooms are old, small and outdated. Not too clean and insanely overpriced. Either pay more and go for the Sharaton or pay less and go for Citizen M.

Very very good, however, I had booked one night at 110 Euros which was great value, and thought I might need to stay another night, which was going to cost 250 Euros, so then the hotel ceases to be such great value!

Fast, efficient and friendly service in all aspects of the hotel (reception, bar & restaurant). The room was well appointed; ideal for an overnight stay. Hotel bar and restaurant prices were reasonable and dinner was excellent.

The controls for the aircon in the rooms occupied by a colleage and myself were such that it was not possible to reduce the temperature to a comfortable level. Thus neither of us had a good night's sleep due to the rooms being hot and stuffy. On a minor point; wi-fi usage in the room was expensive but ther was a free option in the bar if you purchase a meal/drinks.

The location is near the airport terminal. The room is cozy.

The access to get there is not all covered by roof.

When I have arrived to hotel they told me that there is no my reservation made over booking.com but may credit card already have been already charged ??????? The sauna was cold (as regular room temperature) I had to whey one hour to get normal. When I was checking-out I was waiting for an half to get some body on frond desk.
