Szczerze mówiąc nie mam takich rzeczy. Ogólnie hotel w stosunku do innych tej samej klasy czy nawet tej samej sieci ale w innych mistach, nie robi dobrego wrażenia. Pokoje są bardzo małe, łazienki również. Niestety słychać odgłosy z korytarzy. W hotelu są myszy co może być zaskoczeniem dla tych, którzy nie lubią takich zwierzątek. |

Close to airport and transport to city On arrival I was told the hotel would not accept Debit Cards for payment.However,the hotel had charged my debit card for first night stay on 10 July 2009.If they have this policy it should be mentioned on their website and also on yours.I was forced to pay in cash. |

THe invoice was completely wrong. It included lots of drinks and food out of the mini bar, while we had not used anything !! a bad experience !! |

Although the rooms were quite basic the vicinity to the airport and the simple but good breakfast buffet made this a perfect choice for us to stay prior to our departure. The staff was very friendly. Planning to stay here again next time. Difficult to find the hotel when arriving at Schiphol by car from the highway. Bath/shower facilities were very basic. |

My "Dutch Rice table", very simple but nice. Yes, When I made the reservation, I was assured that you would not charge my credit card. But you did! I changed the date from 6/7 june into June 29 2009. When checking out you charged me again for a different amount. |

The staff was very courteous. Front desk girls were friendly, helpful, and very attractive as well. Very professional. I thought the beds were a little too firm, but that may be more common in Europe. I still slept very well. |

The main restaurant was absolutely wonderful. We had one of the best meals of our entire trip and are recommending the restaurant to others. It was great that the hotel was connected to the airport but still had a shuttle bus with frequent service. It can be difficult to drag bags throught the airport, looking for the hotel. We liked everything. |

The 10 min. walk from arrivals hall to Hotel. No Airplane or Car noise what so ever. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended for international travellers who have to stay just one or two nights. |

Not too much....... I didn't like the fact that the hotel was located outside the airport terminal. Once you left the terminal you had to cross the parking lot to enter the hotel. The hotel need a face lift! |

They solved a problem changing double rooms to twin, very quick. they write as standard rule at 14,00 you can check in but they did not have the rooms. They were very unkind, they probably treated us as "second division customers" because we bokked using booking.com |
