Location Location Location. Ability to walk to arrival/departure from the hotel. The room was hot and stuffy, despite having the fan adjusted to high and the thermostat as low as possible (15). Outside temperatures were not at all hot, certainly less than 15. In other words, the a/c was inadequate in room 706.

Our room was small, but well-furnished for a one-night stay. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant staff friendly and professional. We ate breakfast at the same time as a large tour group and the entire process was very smooth. The only problem we encountered was with the climate control. The room was very warm, but the hotel staff sent a repairman as soon as we informed them.

The room is clean, quiet, and not too tiny. The hotel staffs are friendly. The hotel locates near the airport and very easy to find and access. There are no cover way from airport parking place to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and we got wet in cold weather. The internet is not free and expensive.

Close to the airport so convenient for early flights. I was really disappointed by this Hilton. We paid 118 euro's and we didn't even get a breakfast! Also the beds were very uncomfortable and the room was steaming hot so we couldn't sleep all night. It was impossible to turn the aircon lower than 20 degrees. Definitely not worth the money.

Not much. In spite of a fixed price menu, the chef prepared a wonderful mixed greens salad that was expensive - 12.5 euros. Advertised to be 7 min walking in covered walkway from airport. Not so. That is a future plan. Actual time was 30 min walking. Shuttle was available and is much faster, but that alternative is not on their website. This was a VERY SMALL room. Would cost about $79 per night in US. was 239 euros for the night.

I have not encountered such attentive and helpful staff in a hotel for a long time! Outstanding! Great meal at restaurant as well. I was staying over for an early flight and often stay at Sheridan but a little walk further puts you at the hilton which is way cheaper and just as good in many ways. Highly recommended

I enjoyed dinner at Teppan. I had to pay city tax which was not setted by Booking.com in adavnce. It was very comfusing to me.

Location. Conveniently located to Schiphol. Rooms are old, small and outdated. Not too clean and insanely overpriced. Either pay more and go for the Sharaton or pay less and go for Citizen M.

None of the above words reflect the experience. The hotel is comfortable and well located. I was utterly surprised to have to pay €27 for Internet access. Had I known this, I would not have booked. I attended a conference and a colleague: "The first thing you should check is for free wifi". I will not stay again. I stayed accross the road in the CitizenM hotel, which was as comfortable, cheaper and had free wifi.

Very very good, however, I had booked one night at 110 Euros which was great value, and thought I might need to stay another night, which was going to cost 250 Euros, so then the hotel ceases to be such great value!

Fast, efficient and friendly service in all aspects of the hotel (reception, bar & restaurant). The room was well appointed; ideal for an overnight stay. Hotel bar and restaurant prices were reasonable and dinner was excellent. The controls for the aircon in the rooms occupied by a colleage and myself were such that it was not possible to reduce the temperature to a comfortable level. Thus neither of us had a good night's sleep due to the rooms being hot and stuffy. On a minor point; wi-fi usage in the room was expensive but ther was a free option in the bar if you purchase a meal/drinks.
