Todo estaba muy limpio, nos dieron una sopita al hacer el check-in y el apartamento era muy práctico. Incluso tienen un calentador de agua eléctrico y una cafetera con dos tés y dos cafés. Si lo consigues por oferta es un choyo. Hubiera sido perfecto con una neverita. |

Buen diseño de las instalaciones, cercano a todo, facil de encontrar. Amabilidad del personal. Desayuno no incluido y bastante caro. No lo contratamos. La calle es un poco ruidosa a primera hora de la mañana, pero no demasiado. |

Tiene un diseño muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy comodas y está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la Estación Central y del Centro de la ciudad.El desayuno no es buffet sino que te dejan en la puerta una bolsa con el desayuno (eso si, muy completo, no le faltaba de nada, incluso champan). Atienden en la recepción del hotel que hay enfrente. Se olvidaron de dejarnos toallas. |

The room was hip with fun lighting (though my head kept hitting hitting the switches while on the bed), and the bathrooms were large. It was a very pleasant stay, and very close to the train station. The front desk staff being across the street led to some confusion in communication with how things proceeded. We were asked to move rooms when signing on for a second night at the hotel, no problem, but it became complicated when there was not easy communication between all parties involved in the two locations, and ourselves. |

the location, huge size of the room and big bed ,hotel staff, free wireless, it was really beautiful room I will definitely come back again . the bath room could be bigger then two lovers can have a bath together ,would be nice to have lock for the door of the bath room to have some privacy .no fridge in the room would be nice to put a small fridge there. breakfast very pricey no music channel on T.V |

Locatie was goed, evenals het concept zonder faciliteiten (appartement hotel) en vrij internet Het hotel heeft achterstallig onderhoud, goedkoop opgepimpt. Matras zacht, badkamer matig, service slecht ( toiletrol op houder met nog 40 cm papier, kluis niet te gebruiken). Geen goede zitgelegenheid in kamer, beloofde extra lange bedde niet aangetroffen. Foto's geven veel te positief beeld, hotel is veel te duur tov kwaliteit. |

Town Hotel aan de overkant erg mooi qua design. Inrichting Hip Hotel appart, verrassend. Vooral 'trekkast' voor snoep en snacks. het hotel is nog niet af, er ontbreek sfeer, kaal. |

De bedden waren prima en de kamers schoon. Wij waren niet tevreden over de voorzieningen in de kamer. Er was geen kastruimte, zelfs geen haak om je jas op te hangen. Louvre deurtje naar de douche en wc biedt veel te weinig privecy. Deurtje kon ook nog niet op slot. Een klein kussentje op bed, met buisframe zat/lag niet echt lekker. Geen nachtkastjes, dus moesten we daar klapstoeltjes voor gebruiken. Kamer was verder klein en ongezellig. We hadden HIPhotel geboekt, maar kwamen uiteindelijk in een nieuw deel, aan de andere kant van de weg, terecht, zoals alle mensen die voor en na ons incheckten. |

Locatie. Ontbijt (= extra optie) Wij kregen gratis upgrade naar apt., heel aardig maar wij zouden hier niet meer voor kiezen. Woonkamer groot, maar kaal. Tv moesten wij steeds een klap op geven. Slaapkamer klein en ongezellig. Afwerking niet verzorgd. Liever één mooie kamer met mooiere badkamer met hotelservice en nieuwe handdoeken, het gaat niet alleen om vierkante meters. |

Design de la chambre sympa et assez bien situé. Odeur de la chambre très désagréable (probablement égouts bouchés). Seviettes de bains sales et malodorantes. Ascenseur en panne avec chambre au dernier étage. Système d'éclairage complètement défecteux. Parking payant dans la rue (max 2h) |

Locatie vlak bij het centrum. Koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker op de hotelkamer. Zijn niet tevreden over de afhandeling van onze klacht(3 x ingediend bij de receptie) De toegezegde bijstelling van de centrale warmteregeling is niet uitgevoerd. Zodoende hebben we tijdens ons hele verblijf te maken gehad met een veel te koude kamer. Chaotische taferelen bij het ontbijt. Plastic stoelen zitten niet comfortabel. Parkeergarage veel te duur. |
