Holiday in the heart of Amsterdam

Amsterdam is lovely and our apartment couldn't have been more central.

The apartment was not suites to anyone over 50 as the stairs to the bedroom were more of a ladder and when on the top floor which was tiny there was a large hole I the floor which was were or the ladder access.

Saskia and Peter are the friendliest most helpful people possible! The location was perfect! Bang in the middle of Amsterdam and was only a 10 minute walk from red light, 30 second walk to Dam square! Apartment was trendy, cool, modern but very homely. Everything was provided, iron, hairstyle, cleaning products etc. Can not speak highly enough of this place. We will 100% be staying again

The place was very centrally located just off the main shopping street. Very clean as well.

The noise coming from the outside the place is located opposite to very busy nightclub supper club and abraxas coffeshop. You can hear people yelling outside nearly all night untill the morning and then the trams are making a lot of noise ar 5 am. Get an ear plugs if you want to sleep at all.

Friendly welcome, excellent apartment, slightly smaller than I expected, but 'compact', had all facilities we needed! Excellent shower ;)

Perfect location - just around the corner from Dam Square! Really neat apartment with cosy beds and neat kitchen with usual appliances though with so much variety to eat outside there is no need to cook in the apartment (supermarket just 3 minutes walk).

Being in an alley with a Coffee Shop just below and a pub in front made some nights too noisy (earplugs helped). As most houses in Amsterdam, there are very steep stairs - not recommended for large suitcases!

Its in the heart of Amsterdam. You can find what ever you want around the apartment. Its in the center. And you can walk everywhere from the apartmens. There is everything in the apartment.

Only problem was stairs. But I cant complain about that because I know the stairs before I confirm my reservation. There is a bit noise but it was not a problem for me. Maybe you can be disturbed.

I've met the pretty ownere of this apartment. She's very helpful even we had late check in at 8pm due to our journey delayed from Belgium. The apartment is newly furnished and with good condition. Beds are comfortable with all necessary facilities. Location is very convenient. The dam sq is just right at the corner. The tram stop is just right in front of the apartment and 3 stops away fr central train station. Surely I'll recommend my friend to this apartment.

Great location, very close to Dam square. Very close to a good supermarket and all the atractions of the city. Very nice and beautiful apartment. Owners of the hotel are very nice and friendly.

I thought it was bigger than it really is.

Small but comfy, clean and the owner is so friendly and helpful. Upon arriving we were taken up a spiral staircase to a small apartment. It was impeccably clean and cute! There were even some free beers in the fridge which was a plus. The owner showed us things to do in the city and was extremely helpful in telling us activities catered to our needs. Definitely stay here!

Very nice little appartment right in the center of Amsterdam. It's3 flights up but really worth it. Nice to have free Wifi as well. Apartment is freshly decorated and clean. Would definetely recommend.

Perfect location right in the heart of Amsterdam, close to shops, museums , restaurants. Perfect little apartment with everything you need and beautifully furnished and designed.

Location. Freedom of an apartment. Well equipped (except for lack of facilty to make toast for breakfast).

Seeing the very steep stairs both getting up to, and inside the apartment up the bedroom, some handrails would be welcome, espically around the hatchway "door" to the bedroom. Some carpet grips on stairs to bedroom. No toaster or grill.

Saskia was very helpful and very nice person .She met us as soon as we arrived and showed us the apartment. We would recommend it to anyone it really is in the heart of Amsterdam and a much better option than a hotel . Thank you Saskia so much it was very nice relaxing Easter Holiday.

La posizione è Perfetta in pieno centro a pochi passi da tutto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la casa è stupenda. Molto consigliato

Très bien situé, propre, bien entretenu, propriétaire très sympathique.

Etroit (mais suffisant),deux lits jumeaux et non un lit double, quelque peu embettant losqu'on es en couple

Sirf konumu bile yeter bu kucuk evin. Burasi otel degil 3 katli bir binanin en ust kati kucuk bir mekan, uzun boylu iseniz biraz sikintili olabilir. Ancak konumu super her yere yuruyerek gidebilirsiniz. yemek yemek icin hem market hem kafelerin icindesiniz.

Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione, centrale

Ingannevole l'inserzione, xchè non mostra le vere foto dell'appartamento dove per salire da un piano e un altro ci sono scale strettissime e anguste, La camera da letto ricavata da un soppalco il buco della scala essendo stanza molto piccola si rischia di cadere di sotto, e x finire dulcis in fundu I vetri delle scale arrivati al vostro appartamento sono completamenti liberi da oscurazioni e quant altro, della serie chiunque si mette per le scale guarda liberamente dentro, noi ci siamo inventati tappeti teli e altro, vabbè prezzo anche caro, cmq sia amsterdam è da visitare sempre e cmq ma non qui

Ottimo! Qualità prezzo incredibile....appartamento sopra il coffeeshop abraxas e a 50 metri da piazza Dam! Molto comfortevole e attrezzato con televisione stereo lavastoviglie eccecc. I padroni anche loro molto giovani sono simpaticissimi e disponibili! Credo proprio di tornarci xchè è una occasione!!!! Unica cosa scomoda è che l'appartamento è al terzo piano e devi scalare le scale in puro stile vittoriano.....ma sei a amsterdam e scale ripide e bagni piccoli è NORMALE!

O espaço é agradável, dividido em 2 ambientes, tem tudo para quem gosta de cozinhar em casa, permitindo praticidade, conforto e economia e a localização é excelente.

Como é uma espécie de apart hotel, não ha serviço de limpeza e as camas "upstairs" são de solteiro.

Прекрасное место расположения, Вы живете прямо возле площади Дамсквер, в самом сердце Амсиердама. Рекомендую для молодых пар. Очень добро желательные хозяева

Die zentrumsnahe Lage. Selbstversorgung hat gut geklappt, da ein großer Supermarkt in der Nähe ist und viele Gaststätten und Cafés.

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht, da gegenüber ein Club ist und die Gegend viele Bars etc. hat. Der Coffee-Shop war etwas geruchsbelästigend und man konnte leider erst spät abends die Fenster im Schlafzimmer öffnen und davon nur eins auf der Gassenseite. Zwei der Fenster waren über der Abzugsanlage des Coffee-Shops. Im Sommer ist das nicht angenehm.

L'appart de deux etages est assez cosy mais beaucoup trop petit. l'équipe est sympa.

Le plafon n'est pas très haut (si tu fais plus de 190cm il faut baisser la tête) les petites escaliers pour monter à la chambre sont beaucoup trop étroites et serrées. De plus les fenêtres ne sont pas double vitrées, du coup il est impossible de dormir sans tout entendre ce qui se passe dans la rue.
