Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - Sloterdijk Station    

Staff very friendly and helpful. Right next door to train station and only one station to central amsterdam less than 5 minutes by train.

Comfortable and design rooms-clean bathrooms-awesome breakfast till 12 a.m.

It's a bit confusing to find the parking lot,even though it's in the same building.

No complaints. Breakfast was excellent. They even had Gluten free bread for my partner. Very easy to hop the train.

Ease of check in and out, great clean room. Very nice and adequate breakfast. the location is a quiet area but only 8 mins by trains to Amsterdam Centraal which run every 5 mins. Cost of train was 9.40 euros return for 2 tickets. We would highly recommend this hotel.

No restuarant facilities. We felt very cut off as there were no leisure facilities at all in the area

Predictable facilities. Convenient for station and meeting place. Easy to get into Amsterdam.

Noise from trains (asked and was moved room to other side of building). Entry and exit were difficult. Environment rather soulless in evening, and only one restaurant nearby.

Cleanness, breakfast and location. Although a little far from the centre city, the hotel is easily reach by public transportation by train or tram.

The room could have a frigobar.

We stayed in a room on 7th floor looking away from the bus station. It was quiet, clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good range of food but was so busy the staff had trouble keeping up with clearing tables. The Hermes bar and restaurant nearby is excellent but be warned it is closed at weekends and there is nowhere else nearby to eat. The hotel is 8 minutes by train or 15 minutes by bus or tram from the city centre.

Duvet too small for the bed. No safe in the room

the elevators are unpredictable and work slow, There needs to be a better option for getting with heavy suitcase from train station to hotel...too many stairs, unnecessarily!

rooms were roomy, clean and practically soundless. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful with our every request. Good value for money too.

Could not get into the station without using the stairs. Also not well enough signposted where the entrance to the garage is.

Checkin and checkout was simple, excellent room service and a very friendly staff that made my stay a lot better

Very helpful reception staff and ideal location for visiting the city (5min by train). Quality and size of room was perfect for our needs.

Easy to access the city centre of Amsterdam while you can enjoy quiet environment if you don't mind there are a few shops in the train station in its surrounding. Kept our confidence to the service qualities of Holiday Inn Hotel Group in our accommodation this time.

Breakfast was a nightmare. They were fully booked and understaffed. Food took forever to be refilled. Not good organization when the hotel is busy.

Great location where it's also a hub for train/metro/tram/bus. Nice continental breakfast. Front desk was kind and flexible enough to allow early check-in.

The bedroom mattress a bit too soft.

The glass bathroom door! Noisy to open and difficult to close. Twice we returned and opened the hotel room door and 'crashed' into the glass door which had swung open.
