This is a great hotel for a visit to Amsterdam. Very clean, quite comfortable, good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location near the train station and excellent connection to the city center and the airport.

Great location where it's also a hub for train/metro/tram/bus. Nice continental breakfast. Front desk was kind and flexible enough to allow early check-in.

The bedroom mattress a bit too soft.

Proximity to excellent travel options. Superb breakfast. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The glass bathroom door! Noisy to open and difficult to close. Twice we returned and opened the hotel room door and 'crashed' into the glass door which had swung open.

Rooms were spacious, clean and enough accessories. The location was very near to the station and tram stop

The staff didn't provide complete information on check-in. The lift required the key for entering the floor, but staff didn't provide this information. So we had gone upward and downward two times before we found the reason. I booked a standard double room as I was travelling with 1 year old baby. But they gave me a twin room.

Right next door to the Sloterdijk Station, yet very quiet. convenient to go to the city (1 train stop) without having to pay twice as much for a room.

Breakfast was a nightmare. They were fully booked and understaffed. Food took forever to be refilled. In the end the hotel manager and reception staff had to come in to help, and some guests wiped their own tables.

Nice staff, room is clean, great shower.

Too far from the city center, no metro going directly to the center, you have to take the train every time (which costs 4.70€). No bar, no microwave, no safety box.

It was an aexcellent stay at this Hotel, very friendly personal, very nice, clean and confortable rooms. The best is the location which in a couple minutes you are with the train in right in the middle of the town. The breakfast was above expectation for a 3 star hotel.

Clean, welcoming. helpful. Very convenient to Sloterdijk station. Room spacious and bed comfortable; facilities in the room worked, shower efficient, good selection of TV channels including BBC terrestrial, good to be able to open the window slightly for fresh air. Reasonably quiet despite being over the station.

Shortahe of both hanging space and storage for clothes - no drawers and few shelves. Few and slow lifts/elevators, especially as one is needed to reach the lobby. Duvet on bed (double) only just big enough.

The hotel is very recommended, very close to the city, 6 minutes by train that comes every 10 minutes. And the station is extremely close to the hotel. The facilities, security, and breakfast are amazing.

No disadvantages.

Good location - Airport to hotel by bus very easy - 30 minutes. Hotel to Amsterdam centre by bus 15 minutes. Room - modern design, clean, Wi-Fi friendly. Tv with a large variety of channels in English, French, German and Dutch. Amazing continental breakfast. Hot drinks facility in the room. Spacious shower room and toilet, well designed.

Relaxed atmosphere, we could come and go as we pleased - fiting in sightseeing with music event..

Within walking distance to train station and bus station. Very convenient for visiting Amsterdam without getting overcharge for room rate.

Great location and complimentary breakfast and wifi are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. We travelled as a group of four and it was easy to get there from Schipol airport and easy to get into the centre of the city by bus, train or tram.

The excellent location. Is just 5 minutes to the City Center by the train and the bus station to the airport is just ner the hotel door!

Spacious rooms. Very clean. The breakfast was quite good. Very practical location since the hotel is just a few steps away from Sloterdijk railway station.

One has to wait a long time for one of the two elevators to stop at one's floor. This was no problem for us since we habitually take the stairs, but we saw quite a few very frustrated guests.
