The Hotel City Garden is located in the quiet part of the well-known P.C. Hooftstraat where the best fashion houses are based.
The hotel joins on to the Vondelpark, ideal for a relaxing walk or some healthy exercise.
The historical city centre, the canals, the Leidseplein with the Casino and countless restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, as are the famous museums.

Very near is also the Concert Hall, home to the world famous Concert Hall orchestra.

Good breakfast, Luxury room for 2 persons - 407 - enough place,
possibility to leave luggage before and after in the luggage room,
wireless internet

Not enough place around toilet, 5 of 6 days elevator was out of order -
we were living on top, not possible earlier check-in

The room was sold as a small double and had a double bed, but was suitable for a single bed only.In order to access the safe I had to move furniture so that the door of the wardrobe could be opened sufficiently.The window was at the top of the bed and could only be accessed by climbing on the bed from the end of the bed as the side of the bed was blocked by the moved furniture.The room was in the

It is the city centre and with easy access to the Van G. Museum as well as tramps and public transport

There is no parrking facilities although they provide you an alternative it is no so cheap.

The location which was in the center but the street was very quiet. The breakfast was very good. Every day the towels were changed and barbage were removed.

The lounge was very small. Sheets were not changed at all during my stay (5 days).

I would not stay there again.

I think the room was not cleaned at all especially the bathroom and the
sheets were a disaster. Moreover there were mice in the eating saloon
and the corridors had a bad smell.

No airconditioner and it was so hot. It is noisy as people always walking around and speak in the corridor.
