Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, aamupalaa oli tarjolla riittävän pitkään (10:30), jotta myöhäisetkin ehtivät, siisti ja rauhallisella alueella. Pienet seikat ovat tärkeitä eli kaikkien laitteiden tulisi toimia: nyt suihkusta tuli kylmää ja tulikuumaa vettä, mutta sopivaa vettä vain pienen hetken. Myöskään ovien tietokoneohjattu lukkojärjestelmä ei toiminut eli oikeastaan joka kerran henkilökunnan tarvitsi avata meille oven. |

Hyvä siainti, ok aamiainen, siistit huoneet. Hiukan kylmä huone näin talvisaikaan. Tosin huoneessa oli lämmitin, mutta yksinkertaiset ikkunat. |

The hotel room and bathroom was small, but functional and clean. The hotel provided free internet access in the lobby. The breakfast was ample and good and lasted until 10:30am. It was restocked with food right up to the end. Everyone was helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet walking distance to Museumplein and Leidseplein. I would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast, there was only canned fruit cocktail. We had a wardrobe for our clothes, but a dresser with drawers or shelves in the wardrobe would have been more useful, as we brought more casual clothes than hanging clothes. Also, there were only 2 hangers! |

Nice room on the top floor, central location, quiet street. Poor and not reliable Internet service, earlier free of charge, but now cost the hilarious price of 5 EUR/Hour. When will hotel owners realize that Internet is as selfevident and important as pillows and bedlinen? Business travellers should find another hotel. |
