If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 27.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 85.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

In every season the Landgoed De Holtweijde adds warm hospitality and an attractive ambience with style and character. Mieke and Jan Leurink and their staff welcome you to the extensive grounds, providing personal service in this luxurious residence.
The spacious and elegantly decorated conference rooms, the convenient facilities and the countryside add charm to an efficient meeting in this lovely part of the country.
Food & beverage
Our gourmet restaurant is open all day. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 10.30 a.m. Brunch is served from 11.30 a.m. We serve dinner between 6.30 and 9.30 p.m. For our guests who have booked one of our short breaks it is of course possible to add an extra course to the Menu de Chef or dine a la carte.
It is standard practice in the Holtweijde to let toddlers and young children have their meals before 6.30 in the restaurant or in the hotel accommodation. We can arrange a baby-sitter for you if desired. In this way all our guests can dine quietly in the evening. We would also appreciate it very much if you dressed for the occasion.
Room information
The main building contains of 41 suites including 29 junior suites, 11 royal suites and one royal panorama suite.
The suites have an indoor connection with the restaurant, the swimming pool and the beauty-salon (vitaal instituut).
Area information
The Landgoed De Holtweijde lies hidden in the beautiful green landscape of Twente amidst its large, private estate of 10 ha.
Make use of the hotel’s bicycles hire, so you can wander the narrow roads of the hinterland of Twente, before returning for a delightful meal. These cycling routes often cross the border with Germany, providing you with various landscapes and atmospheres.
Even though the region of Twente is peaceful and may feel remote, it also offers easy transport connections with the rest of the Netherlands. You can reach other destinations with very little traffic problems from this strategic location.
Interesting for golf enthusiasts: De Holtweijde is surrounded by no fewer than 10 vast golf courses.
Travel information
By Car:
- Take the A1 until Oldenzaal, then take exit number 32, Oldenzaal/Ootmarsum/Denekamp.
- Follow directions for Denekamp.
- In Denekamp follow the ANWB signs to Lattrop.
- Keep on following this road for about 6 km.
- You will arrive in Lattrop and will arrive at the Landgoed De Holtweijde after about 1 km.
