good value for money the location was pretty far from the center, about 25 euros by taxi, also pretty hard to get to by public transport unless you don't mind sitting on a bus for 1/2 hour |

Design of the public areas is pretty pleasing and interesting. Good variety in breakfast. We had to wait almost an hour for our request for a couple of toothbrushes, not what I expect from a 4-star hotel. The private parking underground is a maze, and it's unclear where hotel guests may or may not park. |

Breakfast should be included, a price of €19's is not acceptable. |

The room was average for a 4 star hotel. The hotel was very close to a street car line that went directly into the city. The front desk staff were indifferent. They lacked customer service skills. The menu was poor with lack of choices, we waited 10 minutes at the table without being greeted, and then left. |

room equipment the hotel is far from the centre (I knew this before booking but it might be important), the room should be cleaner and the staff should be more helpfull and client oriented |

the room was aboslutly conftable and after a tipical Amsterdam day turism, what you really need is a good shower and a good night sleep. We got a twin room with a queen size bed but when puted together it became a major double king size bed .Sheets and pelow are the best. We had two problem, first to find the hotel and second we had to whait another hour to chek in as they wore still clean or what else.Besides that you can reach the city by catching the 145 bus that is just outside the hotel.Maybe bycicle coud be free, and not the 14 euros per day, give me a break. An wy not say that the breackfast could be cheaper or included in the rate? But anyway, just pass by a supermarket a catch a fresh croissant and a take away coffe and your done.F__k the hotel |

Contemporary, tasteful furniture, good storage and electric kettle for coffee or tea. Distance from city: A ten minute walk to tram and a 20 minute ride to city center. Found the I Amsterdam card worked well for us. We stayed 2 nights and about 2 1/2 days. We bought a 2 day card at the airport information desk and also were adviced to buy a 10 ride transit ticket, because the card only worked for transit in the city. We shared the 10 ride transit card and used it for the 1/2 and started the I Amsterdam Card for days 2 and 3 which got us all around Amsterdam and entrance to the museums. It also got us back to the airport. |

It is quite far out of the city centre. Be prepared for a walk to get to the tram then a 20 minute journey. The nearby bus stop proved useless as the buses were too infrequent. Also 2 drinks at the bar cost us 20euros. |

Room was good, fitness equipment was sufficient for few days stay, hotel was clean and in quiet area Check in and check out time (and line) was very long - I have never experienced something like that, I had to wait in line for almost half an hour to check in... some staff are too slow... |

It's all for Dutch design, a clean pleasant oasis minutes away from the center's noise There should be signs at tram and bus stops to direct guests to the hotel entrance |
