The restaurant food was fantastic although the portions were very large! The room was very comfortable and location good The hotel is very large and laid out in a peculiar way which means it is very easy to get lost if you are in the 'new' part of the building - this is disorientating, especially after a drink or two! |

Pleasent helpful staff, quick check in, good breakfast choice, large room, large bathroom with seperate shower. Easy to find. My only small complaint is the shear size of the hotel means I had a 5 min walkto my bedroom. |

I liked the 'gebakjes'in the entrance hall,the very friendly and helpful staff at the entrance hall ,the wide choice of food and variety of places to eat it.The use of pool or fitness area-whenever we felt like it- was great and the bed was very comfortable.I thought the setting of the hotel was lovely,easy to find and convenient for the things we were doing(visiting relatives,shopping,sightseeing.)We felt as if we had had a real holiday. Thanks. |

Pool and the gym was ok. 1) On arrival there was no bed in the room so we had to get another room and this took some time due to the far walk to the rooms. 2) Very slow service at the restaurant. 3) Happen to see a mouse in the bar. When we informed barstaff about this the replay was "yes we have 2 and they come out and eat the crombs after the guests have left the bar. Shocking that this is not dealt with. |

The breakfast is really excellent. The long walk to the room. It seems this is a really big hotel and we had a room on the other side of the hotel which was not easy to find :) |

The size of the room and the bath are oerfect. The fixed showwer-head .The TV- and TV-program-possibilities are poor.The breakfast-room is too crowded.Why isn´t it possible to have plates and cups on the tables and filter-coffee and not the problems with coffee-machines? |

Quality of Food was excellent as was the service and cost was comparable to UK. Only one concern was 2 additional Dinner Guests on the Monday night in the form of mice. |

I always stay at Van der Valk Hotels if they are near enough to my meetings. Akerslot is a good example of v d Valk hotels. |

Was een gezellig hotel met div. faciliteiten en gaf een aangename sfeer. Vond dat de badkamer beter gepoetst kon worden zonder haren van vorige gasten. Eventueel een waterkoker voor zelf koffie of thee te kunnen nuttigen op de kamer zelf. |

Alles binnen een locatie, goed eten. Wij hadden een kamer (174) aan de voorkant van het hotel. 'S nachts erg veel lawaai van een afzuiginstallatie en natuurlijk de snelweg, maar dat is bekent. Dit is voor mij wel aanleiding om een evt. volgende keer naar een ander hotel te zoeken. |
