Handy by the station and trams, good access to city and schipol 25 mins direct. Building works sheilded the entrance to the door and inside the decoration is bold so when you come out of the lift its a gues where your room may be.

The bed is good, room clean and the location of the hotel: close to the center and the station. The fact that the hotel doesn't includes the breakfast in the price is a minus point.

The friendly receptionist when I arrived late and wet! The menu of the breakfast. The temperature of the bedroom could be controlled by the guest. The room seemed small for the fee I had paid. Windows didn't open but patio door did.I Was aware of the security risk during the night so forfeited the fresh air!

Room was a good size, breakfast was reasonable. Although room was spacious, since the hotel was built other buildings have gone up around it, the whole area is a massive building site (although we were not bothered by any noise) so the rooms are very dark partly to do with decor but also really inadequate lighting. Bathroom only had an over the bath shower that was not powerful. Reception staff did explain fully the 22 Euro per day deal they had on parking so we ended up paying 28euro for the first night and then sorted out the deal for the 2nd two. We had not spotted this when we booked the hotel, our fault, so would not stay again because of parking and light issues. Breakfast was adequate but things ran out and were not topped up that quickly. Expensive experience compared to our other fantastic stay in Roermond.

I needed to catch the train for the airport early the next morning so for me the location was perfect. Very good room situated in the corner of the hotel, so good view on the park on one side & night lights on the towers on the other side. Didn't hear the trains, trams or cars at all despite being by the train station & centre of Den Haag No soap in the dispenser next to the sink & the cover of the one by the shower kept falling off but that's just details. I would have preferred a shower separate to the bath. I was more disappointed by the TV internet which was absolutely awful to use: the keyboard felt like I was using an old typing machine and the mouse was unusable. The cable provided in the room to plug your laptop didn't suit mine. Staffs friendly even if looking rather slow & sleepy early in the morning (7am) ;)

Excellent location just next to The Hague Central Station and a nice view across the park at the Bezuidenhoutseweg with geese, ducks and moorhen and lots of water. Your gaze extends to the city skyline that is rapidly becoming filled with striking modern architecture. Sit in the right spot in this first floor restaurant and you can watch the sun going down on an idyllic scene whilst tucking into to some sea bass washed down with a glass of Sancerre. Heavenly! I hit the bar at the wrong time in its ordering cycle and was disappointed to find my preferred brandy distilled from the grapes of Aquitaine I.E. Armagnac had already been drunk by other fans. As those who know will surely tell you a Grappa Julia comes a poor second in accompanying that last single espresso of the evening. Oh well, better luck next time.

Nothing Special, maybe just the position, very close to the railway sation. The staff charged us € 75 becouse we smoked in the room, even though we left the window open and after 2 days there was no smell in the room. Moreover, we paid € 75 for that fine by cash at the check out but the hotel charged me this amount twice, in fact they withdraw the same amount also from my debit card, so I paid for that € 150 instead of € 75. Now in fact I think I will report that to the police, becouse I want back my € 75, i've just paid once the fine by cash at the check in. If you want avoid bad surpirses pls choice another hotel.

Location, location, location. Strongly recommended - do not stay in rooms on 9th floor - very loud, isn't possible to sleep at all. As well as wifi isn't available there. In rooms on 2nd floor (which I did get after discussion with hotel staff) be careful of draught. Breakfest choice - very poor for such hotel.

It's a great place - excellent location right by the train station and an easy 3 minute walk to sitting out enjoying a beer on the Plein. Rooms are comfortable and everything works. The staff are very friendly and I've never had a problem that wasn't resolved as soon as I mentioned it. I've now stayed there three times over the past two years and will definitely return again. The only thing is that the rooms don't have wireless. For me this is a problem as all my devices depend on wireless (including my MAC air) so I had to go and hang out in the lobby for internet. That said, I booked the room knowing they don't have wireless, so it wasn't a deal breaker for me!

Nice & friendly receptionests. Location. Cleanliness and tidiness. Should a forigner who is staying 5 - 7 days be charged for city tax in addition to the VAT? I think you should think of having a GYM as one of the customers requirement. I think bussiness people should be given extra free 2 - 3 hours after the check out time because usually they travell immediately on the same day after meeting is over. pl reconsider it.

Great location next door to the station, very nice bedrooms, peaceful, bike hire 5 mins away at 6.5 Euros per day. Easy walk into the city centre or cross the road into a lovely park and wood area and cycle to the Queens Palace along a wooded cycle track

The hotel was overpriced. My bathroom had not been cleaned properly and the toilet was filthy. I did move rooms but the staff did not offer anything other than a sorry. For the price I would have expected a little more.
