La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal del Hotel, la celeridad en la atención y el diseño de las habitaciones. El desayuno muy bien servido y variado.

El ruido por las construcciones cercanas, pero se que es un tema momentaneo

La habitación era muy espaciosa, con muchas comodidades y la cama realmente espectacular.

Las magníficas habitaciones con una decoración muy cuidada y de gran comodidad, estas características unidas a las condiciones del precio hacen altamente recomendable el hotel.

Con motivo de las obras circundantes al hotel, el acceso al mismo ha sido bastante incómodo y creo que podría señalizarse mejor. Tampoco me ha gustado que en las 2 habitaciones dobles reservadas hubiera sólo un juego de toallas y tuviera que pedirse el segundo juego por teléfono.

The staff managed to give me a quiet room even thoudg there was heavy construction going on outside.

The rooms were too overloaded with a sort of colonial design. But this may be a matter of taste. Also, I would prefer the breakfast to be included in the price of the room.

I booked the hotel because the website mentioned "a gym" . But there was no gym at all!! I feel cheated!! When we arrived at 13.00 there was no room " in our categorie" available! When we paid Euro 20 more there would be an upgraded room available! Having been in this upgraded room we wonder what a standard room looks like. Overall: not imprerssed at all!

Breakfast! 17.50€ per person (as opposed to 13.50€ told by booking.com) and poor.

The room is large enough and well equipped. It is very convenient next to the train station.

I failed internet connection to my lap top. I can not find covered parking on Sunday night.

The location of the Eden Babylon Hotel is excellent primarily due to the proximity of the train and tram station beside the hotel.

The hotel has diminished in the past 18 months as cost-cutting measures have been introduced. No toiletries; no mini-bar facilities; one bottle of water for two guests; a T.V. that didn't work as well as a hairdryer that failed to work.

This hotel was fantastic with a gorgeous room and wonderful staff. We were upgraded as there are still renovations going on. Although there are still renovations you don't notice them other than walking through them to get into the hotel. We could see the park from our room were there were dear wandering around during the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything about this hotel is top quality. The breakfast was also very good. We would suggest that you don't let the renovations put you off staying at the Eden Babylon. There is also a good 2 for 1 happy hour in the hotel bar. The location of this hotel is amazing and the value for money fantastic.
