日本語で迅速に対応して頂けて安心しました。また駅すぐ目の前で立地がよく便利でした。

予約時の金額と実際の金額が違って高くなっていました。そしてホテルのサービスですが２人での宿泊だったの- に一名分のタオルやバスローブしかなくまたベットメイキングの際タオルを交換していなく古いタオルを部屋に- 干してある状態になっている日がありびっくりしました。５日間の宿泊でしたが日により（メイドさん）掃除の- 仕方がまったく違ったので不思議でした。朝食が内容よりも高く感じました。ツインでとお願いを事前にしてあ- ったのですがワンベッドでの用意でした。

18時過ぎに到着したのに、部屋が準備されてなく30分程待たされたのは、ちょっと困りました。

チェックインの待ち時間以外は問題なかったです。

駅から近く便利、公園の前にあるの眺めがよかった。（春夏であればよいであろう）部屋は新しくたいへん清潔- でよかった。

staffs are friendly, helpful & patient to solve my problem.

rooms are a bit too dark with not enough lights & hotel looks quite old & worn dowm from outside.

I booked the hotel because the website mentioned "a gym" . But there was no gym at all!! I feel cheated!! When we arrived at 13.00 there was no room " in our categorie" available! When we paid Euro 20 more there would be an upgraded room available! Having been in this upgraded room we wonder what a standard room looks like. Overall: not imprerssed at all!

Breakfast! 17.50€ per person (as opposed to 13.50€ told by booking.com) and poor.

The room is large enough and well equipped. It is very convenient next to the train station.

I failed internet connection to my lap top. I can not find covered parking on Sunday night.

The location of the Eden Babylon Hotel is excellent primarily due to the proximity of the train and tram station beside the hotel.

The hotel has diminished in the past 18 months as cost-cutting measures have been introduced. No toiletries; no mini-bar facilities; one bottle of water for two guests; a T.V. that didn't work as well as a hairdryer that failed to work.

This hotel was fantastic with a gorgeous room and wonderful staff. We were upgraded as there are still renovations going on. Although there are still renovations you don't notice them other than walking through them to get into the hotel. We could see the park from our room were there were dear wandering around during the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything about this hotel is top quality. The breakfast was also very good. We would suggest that you don't let the renovations put you off staying at the Eden Babylon. There is also a good 2 for 1 happy hour in the hotel bar. The location of this hotel is amazing and the value for money fantastic.
