Good central location for the city centre and train link to the airport with easy acces to all tram routes. In general it is value for money. I have stayed there twice and have no comlaints. |

The hotel is well located in the centre of Arnhem opposite the railway station. The shower was strong and hot This is classified as a three star hotel but I don't see how it rates more than two at best. It is very basic - my room was in an annex building, separate from main reception. It was inconvenient to access, small and miserable. |

Walking distance of Station and Town Centre. Nice small hotel. Parkingspace available in garage, little bottle of white wine on our room when we got there with compliments of the house! |

I could not use WLAN-connection in my room in the second building of Hotel Bianco. It could work only in the Cafe. The hotel staff knew about it, although she did not tell me about it at check-in. Another Staff tried to help me. She was a nice person. But I will never stay in this hotel. Another problem was that the bed smelt very badly and I felt very ill and could not sleep at all. |

Very convenient to central train and bus station. Helpful friendly staff. Accomating for early breakfast. Room size good Cleanliness adequate but not exceptional for the room. Rooms facing station area are noisy at night as would be expected. |

It is wonderfully convenient to the train station. I asked for a quiet room and got one - it was very nice and quiet but I don't think that all rooms at the hotel are so. Room was clean, comfortable, nice bathroom. All good. Breakfast is so - so. Coffee could be better! One of the desk attendants was a chain smoker and owing to the open staircase above his desk, smoke filled the entire hotel on the day he was there. |

goede bedden, schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers, goede geluidsisolatie, goede verhouding prijs/kwaliteit, gebruik parkeergarage mogelijk, prima ontbijt, aanwezigheid van airco is mij niet opgevallen. douchekop zit veel te laag. |
