Surprisingly good. I read previous feedback and they are confusing. Actually become everything better then excepted. They are even able to receive some packages to my name before I arrive. Late breakfast in weekend and perhaps balance between price for breakfast and how much you get for it. But it was matter for me, who doesn't have vacation.

Pretty good price-value ratio for an overnight stay. A string bed in a particular room was very comfortable. The hotel doesn't include breakfast cost to a room rate: it's cost 8,5€ looks inadequate to a budget room rate.

Hotel advertises as "no frills hotel", room does not have a tv set, Has its own private parking lot but there is enough space in the immediate surrounding to drop your car. Nice room with only the sink. Clean. Bar and restaurant at ground floor do not disturb at all. Only soft pillows. Buffet breakfast relatively expensive (€ 8,50/pp). Stairs are very steep (which is a kind of standard in duth houses) and there is no elevator so not suited for people with reduced mobility.

The location was really good even it wasn't in the centre of Tilburg. Hilvarenbeek was really nice and quiet with very friendly people. The hotel was good and clean in general. I didn't like the fact that shared toilet and bathroom wasn't adequate for the number of people on the floor. Only one for so many residents. Cleanliness was fine but not excellent. The wifi, in addition, wasn't working so it couldn't be used.

Food,beer We were not told that breakfast until 9:00 am, we were late by 10 minutes for breakfast which was paid and did not provide it to us and not compensated. Terrible stairs are very steep, you can easily turn yourself something. Our room was a sink with two taps, the first ran very hot water, and the second is very cool :) very cold in the room.

De zeer lage prijs voor de budgetkamer, die er netjes bij lag. We waren op zoek naar een slaapplaats, niets meer ! Enorm vriendelijk personeel De isolatie (geluid) als er andere mensen in de gang of kamer praten.

veilige parking achter het hotel bij de boeking was het ons niet zo duidelijk dat er gemeenschappelijke douche en toilet waren ; op zich is dit geen groot probleem omdat alles proper was maar sommige mensen zouden hierin toch ontgoocheld zijn...

Mooie badkamer Geen nachtkastjes. Eenpersoonskamer lag boven afvoer van airconditioning oid waardoor het raam niet open kon door a) stoom en b) hele nacht lawaai. Beperkt ontbijt. Water moest apart betaald worden (€4,50!)

Nette gerenoveerde kamer, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding Ontbijt periode nl 06.00 - 09.00 Beleg keuze beperkt. Persoonlijk vonden wij de bedden aan de zachte kant.

De bedden en kussens.Kamer was ruim. Dat we geen eigen douche en wc hadden. Maar omdat het een budget kamer betrof heb ik daar geen klacht over.WC En douche op de gang waren schoon,Ontbijt ws ook goed en voldoende.

nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel. We vroegen of we wat langer op de kamer mochten blijven en dit was geen probleem. Mooi restaurant en andere eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Supermarkt dichtbij.
