Nice, friendly staff. Accommodation clean with tea and coffee facilities
Not well sign posted to get to the campanile. Very thin walls could hear everything coming from our luckily quiet neighbours
Poor quality. Old style, zero service, unclean. Price too high.
Excellent restaurant menu
A pity they did not have an emergency travel pack (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant/antiperspirant) available.
Frankly I didn't expect anything amazing, for that price and because I have had poor experiences with other Campanile hotels in the past. But this one is good! Definitelly good value for money. Easy access, good bed, clean room, and most importantly friendly staff. Unless you are looking for a romantic place to stay, I recommend this hotel.
Its central location between Hoek van Holland and Rotterdam makes it ideal and economic for someone with their own transportation, for which there is plenty convenient parking. I have stayed here 3 times in the past 10 years.
Open galleries and thin walls make it a problem when inconsiderate, late arriving guests decide to yell directions to each other outside and in.
free wi-fi and car park
We were very satisfied with the room.It was a very quiet area.Supermarkets, bakeries, many different shops within10 min walking distance.Free parking.
The room didn't have a mini bar,and we would love to have one!The access to Rotterdam was not very easy if you don't own a car!We did though so Rotterdam was a 15-min-drive!
I liked the clean spacious room, beds were comfortable and shutters on the window ensured you had a good nights sleep. I left too early for breakfast but would definitely stay there again.
The room was very warm, no air conditioning.
Have stayed here 3 times now. Very good value for money. Staff very friendly.
Although the breakfast is still good it was not as good as when we first stayed there before
Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms are ugly and look outdated.
Spaarzame inrichting van de kamer.
The location suited us, because of visit to family close by. The price of your offfer was better than the price of the hotel itself . through their internet site.
Professional staff also very friendly .
Quiet Clean Nice staff
Staff helpful & friendly Good price Nice breakfast Parking
Rooms very hot & airless in summer.
Check in was swift & efficient. Bed room was clean & decent size Bathroom similar with clean linen. Breakfast was usual continental style Evening meals were good & decent value All in all a good place with easy access to motorway system
Room was quite hot and found radiator was cracked on!! Couldn't turn off.
Excellent for my stay over
The hotel was located in calm place and had parking place near our room.
When we reached there, there was no shampoo and no soap there and they told us 'it is not our responsibility to provide you shampoo! you have to bring your own shampoo from home!' There was no soap there and we receive it last night when we want to leave the day after.
the reasonable price and the nice parking place
Staff in the front was unkind. Soaf and sampoo bottles were all empty in the two rooms, so we asked for refilling but it was impossible.
Better than expected. Big and very comfortable bed. 11 English TV channels. Large room. Great parking. Nice staff.
Booking.com reservation hadn't reached the hotel. But they honoured the booking and would sort it out later.
Food and drink reasonably priced with a fair choice and done to a good standard Quiet room, comfy bed
Reception business is dealt with at the bar and not a proper reception area
They charged for a double occupancy even though the booking was for single occupancy (although they did correct it when informed of the error). The WiFi, although free, was awful; it only lasted 15 minutes at a time and then the device had to be rebooted because the signal had cut out and it refused to reconnect. The reception staff said they had had several complaints about the WiFi. The reception and bar was in a separate building to the rooms and in the 10 metre gap between them (as it was raining heavily), you got absolutely soaked every time you went between them (all they have to to it put a covered walkway between them). The bathroom fan was noisy and running all night (with no way to turn it off). There was no practical power socket in the room (for charging a mobile phone, for example); there was one nearly at the ceiling by the front door and one in the bathroom. The shower curtain was terrible and the bath small.
Professional staff. Free parking & WiFi is as advertised. Having tea/coffee & a kettle in the room was nice. Comfortable room.
Close to shell pernis
Rear of the hotel was a bit dark and duister.
