Erinomainen sijainti, ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen, nettiyhteys ei pelannut ylimmäisessä kerroksessa, mutta muualla kylläkin toimi hyvin. Ylimmäisessä kerroksessa on savuttomat huoneet, mutta ilma oli savuinen jo astuessa käytävään ja huoneessa savun haju tarttui myös vaatteisiin. Varmaan muissa kerroksissa ei tätä ongelmaa taida olla. |

we have now stayed twice in this last year and we love the friendlinesss of kelly and the rest of the staff who made our stay very comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. |

The hotel had a nice "personality" - crooked walls, steep stairs. At first, we didn't think we would enjoy it, but we made it "our own", and it was cozy. Fantastic location, great restaurants everywhere. Hot water was outstanding in the shower. They were upgrading the phone system, so internet was down for our stay. Used the Apple Store just steps away. |

nice view on Grote Markt, good breakfast, right in the center of Haarlem nice view can be the reason of sleepless night (cafes downstairs), hot water stopped right after I put shampoo on my hair, had to wait 20 minutes for hot water |

Location on square in Haarlem, good food, good friendly staff. Very steep stairs, non-ensuite facilities not great, i.e. shower cubicle with small entrance, one toilet for six rooms |

Friendly staff, value for money and right in the centre of Haarlem. The stairs are very steep and there is no lift but this was well flagged in advanced. Not recommended for anybody infirm or young kids because of the stairs. |

Excellent location right on the Market square. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good and not lacking for anything. We arrived early the first morning and were provided with breakfast at no additional charge. The rooms are small, but manageable if you plan to spend most of your time out in the city. The stairs are very steep and narrow. Anyone who has problems negotiating stairs, especially with lugage, might want to consider another hotel. |

wonderful, helpful staff...the only place in Holland to offer us refills on coffee! street noise - take ear plugs. VERY steep stairs, okay for us but would be a real problem for anyone with mobility challenges |

The room facilities are simple, but enough. Buffet breakfast are quite good. The rooms facing the market square suffer from extreme outside noise. Thus do not be tempted by the view of the Great Church (as I was myself!) - you are likely to feel much more comfortable in one of other rooms, while a similar or better view can be enjoyed from outside the hotel. |
