breakfast was very nice and high quality. Service at counter was ok,

to my horror I was checked out two hours after i checked in and another person was given my room, Just by chance I walked to my room when he was opening the door. My key was not working anymore. Nice way to have all personal things stolen.....

The accommodation was acceptable and the breakfast buffet very rich. The hotel is located very centrally and the centre can be reached very easily on foot.

It is difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot of the hotel by car. In addition, the hotel has no clearly visible signs indicating the name of the hotel.

When we get there, the windows of the rooms were open and in one room the heating was off. The room was freezing. We went to the reception and they said that if we turned the heating on, the room would get warmer in 15 minutes. It was true, but when you get into a hotel you don´t expect to wait for 15 minutes till you are able to go into your room

Location was very good. Close to the site of my business visit and close to shops and restaurants.

I had a hard time using the phone in my room. The people at the front desk explained how to make an international call but it did not work. On my third trip to the desk, they decided that maybe my phone was turned off and tried to check, but the system was down. After that, they graciously let me use the phone at the reception desk, but it would have been better to have my room phone work.

The lifts broke down.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help!

I was disappointed that wireless costs 6 euros an hour, given this is a hotel for business/academic visitors. Also, when I arrived in my room, it felt like no one had been in there for a long time, as there were many little dead insects on the bed and floor, and the sheets smelt a little musty (ie. that the clean room had been sitting there untouched for too long!).

Hotel ou résidence universitaire de luxe? La taille des chambres est ridicule, et l'absence d'accès à internet aux étages supérieurs est inadmissible

Geen extra kussens beschikbaar (moet schuin liggen vanwege ontbreken slokdarm). Geen minibar.

O Hotel está bem localizado na cidade. O local é bonito e fica perto de terminal de ônibus, comércio, restaurantes, bares, igrejas, etc.

La situación del hotel, cerca del centro y muy próximo a la parada central de autobuses. Teniendo en cuenta que el 80% de los visitantes llega en autobús a Wageningen procedentes de Ede Wageningen, me parece que la situación del hotel es la adecuada para no tener problemas a la hora de encontrarlo. Por otra parte es digna de mención la cordialidad y el buen trato, así como el restaurante

Sehr zentrale Lage; Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig; unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in ruhiger Lage wurde erfüllt; keinerlei Belästigung durch Zigarettenrauch

Zimmer war beim Eintreffen eiskalt; wurde auch mit voll aufgedrehter Heizung nur mäßig warm; im Bad überhaupt keine (!) Heizmöglichkeit und eiskalter Fußboden; Wartezeit an Aufzügen teilweise unangenehm lang (> 5 min).
