Friendly, helpful staff; good location; clean, quiet room, decent price

1) A bit far away from the station. I had to take the bus. 2) Wi-fi signal in my room was almost absent.

Reception was helpful and spoke good English.

Nothing. Right price, right location. How can I complain?

I liked staff behavior, cleanliness and breakfast and free wifi internet

1. Lift - very narrow staircase to walk with luggage 2. Bar 3. No porter service to carry luggage in absence of lift and narrow staircase 4.Toilet was too small, but ok.

Nice and cosy, about 15 min walk to city centre or the main railway station. Stayed for one night and had no problems.

We had entrance to the rooms that wasn't the same as the main part of the hotel, where the reception or the breakfast area is. It was about 50m down the street but not a big problem

Good value. Comfortable,great location for the lovely old town.we will be back in November for antique fair.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist, I was able to move into my room earlier than the stated check in time. Cozy, compact room with comfortable bed, wifi, English language tv channels; generous breakfast. A nice place to rest and prepare for the ongoing journey.

No complaints.

Breakfast was ok. There was nothing else to like.

Everything else, apart from breakfast. I developed a rash after staying here!

Room was on 2nd floor with very steep narrow stairs, could be difficult for anyone with a disability, or with heavy luggage.

A big room, with fridge & TV. Quiet. Nice and tasty breakfast. Most you need for the day. 10min to city. Price.

'Black spots' in the shower. Stairs family-unfriendly (like all Dutch stairs!).

Lot of noise in the hotel. Cleaning started early on Sunday morning with a lot of noise.

Very kind people

Staircase, very close to that presented in horror movies. To be fair, I daresay that I have seen this kind of staircase in Holland, so probably it's country-dependent!

Breakfast was included.

It was a somewhat warm day in Utrecht (25* C) and the room was that hot all night. The room was on a busy intersection so we had the unfortunate choice of opening the windows which was quite loud, or suffering in heat. We did not sleep very well.

Really a excellent place for the price you pay. The room was small and rather old but very clean (which is definitely what I favor) and the Internet connexion was very good and the breakfast was simple and nice too. The staff was very nice and the hotel is at 10 or 15 min walk of the train station. For that price, I did not expect so much facilities, to be honest.

No desk in the room, which you should be aware of if you plan working with your laptop from there.

Convenient location easy to find

We had four nights in four separate hotels in Holland. Buershotel was the most expensive and the least comfortable.

The room smelled sewer like

Our room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, showing us where the hot tea was after our bicycle ride in the rain and helping us with directions.
