1. Staff: excellent, helpful, friendly. 2. Breakfast: buffet, convenient hours, generous, good selection of foods. 3. Location: quite central, good downtown connection via tram #1 (2 stops) or across the Vondel park. 1. No elevator in the annex across the road. 2. Rooms rather small, bathrooms very small. 3. Room and breakfast prices slightly higher than justified. |

Very lovely atmosphere, tasty interior,beautiful garden, nice staff, one can feel very comfortable! Nice neighborhood as well. Quite central and easy to get downtown by tram. We'll sure come again! We thought that €15.- was a bit expensive for what we got for breakfast, but it's nice that you can have it at nearly any place in the house! |

Goed hotel op zeer goede plaats in Amsterdam speciaal wat betreft musea en Leidseplein met terrassen en restaurants en natuurlijk het Vondelpark naast de deur. |

Zimmer bzw. Suite war äußerst geschmackvoll; leider haben wir aufgrund mangelnder zeit keine Mahlzeit im Hotel zu uns genommen. Das Ambiente ist seht ansprechend , das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. |

Die individuelle Zimmergestaltung und das Ambiente des kleinen Hotels haben mir besonders gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt strategisch sehr günstig und das Zentrum ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Obwohl das Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt, sollten m.E. die Fenster zur Straßenseite ausgetauscht werden. Es dringt nachts zuviel Lärm vom Overtoom durch. |

As caracteristicas inéditas inerentes ao hotel.situado numa habitação tipicamente holandesa e com uma relação hotel/filosofia,demonstrada logo no hall e prolongando-se por cada quarto Num contexto de modernidade hoteleira,mais serviços ,tais como: refeições diária(aproveitando as belas salas),serviço de quartos mais completo,informações turisticas mais detalhadas(roteiro da cidade,mapa dos transportes publicos...)maior interesse em explicar o historial e o porquê deste tipico hotel.AQUECIMENTO Nas casas de banho privadas. |

Mooie ruime kamer, mooi personeel, personeel springt goed in op afwijkende verzoeken. Parkeren in de buurt blijft altijd duur in Amsterdam. Niet zozeer gebonden aan het hotel. Openbaarvervoer is geen optie met zware tassen. Mijn voorkeur zou hebben dat de airco uitgaat in de badkamer bij het niet gebruiken. Maar dit is een kleinigheid. Ik ben uiterst tevreden over dit hotel. Tot nu toe mijn favoriet in Amsterdam |

つたない英語でも聞き取って頂き、丁寧に対応してもらえました。 ガイドブックに書いてあったように、入り口の階段がかなり急でスーツケースを運び入れるのが大変だった。 |

Het hotel heeft een eigen gezicht. Leuke tuin, prachtige ligging nabij Vondelpark en centrum. Het personeel lijkt meer op bijklussende buitenlandse studenten, de kamer was -ook na melding hiervan erg stoffig; wanden en kaptafel/bureau, contactdozen. De badkamer klein, de doucheruimte bijna onmogelijk en een dun straaltje heet water dat nauwelijks met koud water bijgemengd kon worden. Geen automatische ontluchting van de badkamer - gelukkig wel openslaande ramen. |
