the hotel is very well located and its a good choice for the price. the bed was too narrow and the mattress too soft. I could not sleep. Also, the heating did not really work. I did not ask the desk to fix it; maybe they would have but I was just too tired. |

I loved the location which was in the Market Square and close to all major attractions. The single bed was much too narrow, I spent all night clutching on to the sides so I wouldn't fall out. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Some staff obviously didn't care a bit for the well being of the guests. |

Although situated middle in the centre, it was quiet at night on the streets; breakfast and dinner were good; ideally located, everything in walking distance. Noisy guests, but you can't blame the hotel for that. |

Well located on the Markt in the city centre. Nice view of the Markt and church towers. Room made up every day. Our 4 year old son stayed for free. We felt a number of things could have been done a lot better - eg use of plastic plants, lack of a toaster at breakfast. Our room was quite small, especially with a child's cot - we had been told that it was a big room with room for a extra bed - we're lucky we decided to take the cot instead! |

I like the service in this hotel. They are so kind, generous and friendly. I personally think that the area of room is so smaller than the hotel in Thailand. However, I really understand in this issue because each country has a different pattern in an accommodation. |

La posizione nel centro della città. La colazione è curata e completa. Il lavandino nel bagno è veramente minuscolo. Il personale non è sempre attento a memorizzare le richieste dei clienti. Nei corridoi e sull'ascensore sovente c'è cattivo odore. |

Prettig personeel. Ligging midden in het centrum. Met de auto niet te bereiken. Parkeren ondergronds op 500 meter afstand. Ontbijt werd precies om 10.00 uur van het buffet gehaald. Kamer 8 had een (te) kleine badkamer. |

Gastvrij en netjes.Midden in de stad en dus goed bereikbaar. Lawaaiig in de nacht. Veel leven in de stad gedurende de nacht en een kerkklok die elk halfuur slaat. TV Hangt heel erg hoog. |

Het heeft een open en gezellige uitstraling. Je hoeft voor eten en gezelligheid niet perse ergens anders heen. Dit komt voor een groot gedeelte door het vriendelijke personeel.Het soepbuffet is geweldig had dit nog niet eerder meegemaakt, er zeker in houden.Het ligt zeer centraal. |

Centraal gelegen in Maastricht Ondanks veel straatlawaai slechte isolering, o.a. geen dubbele beglazing. De hotelreceptie moet je ergens achteraan in een hoekje van het meestal overbevolkte café gaan zoeken. Het leek mij alleszins mooier voorgesteld dan het was. |
