Well located on the Markt in the city centre. Nice view of the Markt and church towers. Room made up every day. Our 4 year old son stayed for free. We felt a number of things could have been done a lot better - eg use of plastic plants, lack of a toaster at breakfast. Our room was quite small, especially with a child's cot - we had been told that it was a big room with room for a extra bed - we're lucky we decided to take the cot instead! |

I like the service in this hotel. They are so kind, generous and friendly. I personally think that the area of room is so smaller than the hotel in Thailand. However, I really understand in this issue because each country has a different pattern in an accommodation. |

Great breakfast, central location in the city. TV without remote control (although it was not really a problem since the tv was only 0.5 m from the bed attached to the wall). |

Friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast - good variety of things to eat. Great location in centre of town - not that noisy at night as other reviews have suggested. Very good |

Food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.location was perfect and bar was good. The choice at breakfast was not very great. Rooms on the 4th floor were very basic, a bit drafty and there was a musty smell in the corridor. |

Personnel not nice. Staff request to pay immediately at the check-in if you do not have a passport, they don’t accept your national ID. Staff who clean the room, left open the window in the rainy day – effect: I have in my room wet floor, wet bed etc…. Additionally (in my opinion completely disqualification of the hotel) – cleaning staff touching and inspect of my baggage. Breakfast very modest. |

It's central, I like the restaurant downstairs. The fact you have to ask for a tv remote and hairdryer and give deposits for these. No where to hang towels |

leuke ligging in de binnenstad. Vriendelijke bediening. Enigzins stoffig op de kamer. Je kunt ramen en deuren niet 'vastzetten'. Geen douchegordijn. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel.Het ligt midden in t centrum, alles op loop afstand.Ontbijt was prima. We konden buiten ontbijten op het terras. De badkamer is klein maar modern, tip, een handdoekenrekje zou handig zijn. Verder een prima verblijf daar gehad en ik ga zeker weer terug naar dit hotel als ik in Maastricht ben. 1persoonsbed was wat smal en is, denk ik, aan vervanging toe, er zou een wat groter bed in de kamer passen.De wc borstel verdient extra aandacht. |

Het hotel bevindt zich op een goede plek in de stad. Op loopafstand van het station en in de binnenstad. De gelagkamer en het terras bieden uitzicht op de levendigheid van de Markt. De kamer was schoon en het bed sliep goed. De lift rook erg onaangenaam. Waarschijnlijk stond de liftput vol water. De hoofdtrap is vanaf de gang onvoldoende waarneembaar en van de eerste naar de tweede verdieping moet je over de gang omlopen. Dit zou beter moeten worden aangegeven of vormgegeven. De entree vanaf straat is weinig representatief. De kamer was klein en zou met enige inventiviteit handiger kunnen worden ingedeeld. Eigenlijk is het hotel toe aan een grondige renovatie. De handen van deze architect jeuken! |

Het hotel was midden in het centrum. de kamers waren al erg klein, een stel kreeg een 1-pers kamer. Er werd een bed bijgezet, toen kon je bijna geen stap meer verzetten. Degene die een 1pers kamer had gevraagd kreeg een 2 pers kamer. Wij vroegen of er gewisseld kon worden, dat was echter niet de bedoeling. |

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, iemand die ik zeker wil bedanken is Guido die ons een andere T.v heeft gebracht en om 01.30 s'nachts nog het zeepautomaatje in de badkamer heeft gevuld ( hulde ) kamer, eten, en het ledikant en matrassen waren prima. |
