Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Staff were always polite and helpful, The Hotel has a distinctive (older)style and character that is charming, refreshing and relaxed. The location is near nature trails for walking and cycling and also The Airborne Museum. |

We appreciated the old-fashioned charm and laid-back aura of the hotel which lent to the relaxed nature of our holiday. Having immediate access to bicycles was also a big plus point as was the near proximity to the Battle of Arnhem sites in WW2. |

Old fashioned, family run, quiet hotel, most helpful and friendly staff. Interesting memorabilia from WWII. Good breakfast, varied and fresh. Very good evening meal one evening. Room rate was more than quoted at time of booking. En-suite bathroom as very small. |

The breakfast was great - The hotel was hard to find, the room was slightly noisy as it was next to the lift. The photos are much nicer than the hotel. |

Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående och serviceinriktade. Rummen var relativt små, men mysiga. Bästa sängarna på hotell jag någonsin varit på! Läget. Det tog oss 15 min in till Arnhem centrum med buss. Ligger mitt i ett bostadsområde, så det ländes inte så "turistigt". |

Het is een aangenaam hotel op een mooie locatie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers zijn veel te klein. Dat geldt ook voor de badkamer en wc. De eigenaar vertelde ons dat zij verbouwd gaan worden tot grotere kamers. Wel is er een aangename eetkamer en gemeenschappelijke zithoek. Het is meer een pension dan een hotel. De prijs is te hoog voor wat je krijgt. |

hulpvaardig personeel de kamer was wel erg klein. de badkamer stonk naar een slechte afvoer/riolering. Op de gang rook het naar bloemkool alsof er voor een slecht geventileerd pension werd gekookt |

Sessiz ve sakin. 30€ luk öğle yemeği sunulan yemeğe göre çok pahalıydı. Tükiyede bu otelde kalınan fiyatla 5 yıldızlı uluslararası otel zincirlerinden birinin otelinde kalmak mümkün. Ama bu durum sadece bu otele özgü değil. Tüm Avrupa ülkelerinde durum aynı. Özellikle taksi ile bir yere gidecekseniz mutlaka önceden ayırtın. Sabah taksinin gelmesi 30 dakikayı alıyor. Fiyat çok yüksek. |

Hartelijk ontvangt van de eigenaar, de ligging is ideaal bij de bossen en bezienswaardigheden in Oosterbeek. Heerlijke bedden, prima ontbijt en een geweldige tuin. Het personeel is correct, goed en vriendelijk. |
