We noticed first how kind and helpful the receptionists were. Second, it was practically steps away from the beach and from the city center. Third, we could rent bikes for 3 hours for free! Fourth, heated indoor and normal outdoor pool was great. Fifth, sauna facilities were also good. Room cleaning was not taken seriously by the cleaners. We had to hang "please clean the room sign" twice in one day. |

We (me and my wife) stayed at your hotel just one night to celebrate our first marriage anniversary. We were positively surprised by the comfort the hotel offered, as well as by the professional and very kind hotel staff. The localization of the hotel is very nice - very close to the beach (this surprised us as well, as we did not think it was just at the beach). The only inconvenience was that the hotel information (the brochures as well as thehotel web site) was not available in English. However the staff speaks English very well, so all the info could be acquired from them. |

Location, friendly staff, a nice bar which does not close at 20.00 The carpets in the rooms were not very clean (lots of dust in the edges), and the food in the restaurant was very basic (unlike it's price). But that's a general problem in Dutch hotels. |

Die Lage praktisch am Nordseestrand ist sehr vorteilhaft; die Zimmer sind geräumig; man wird rundum gut versorgt. Befremdend wirkt der Aufenthalt der Hunde im Speisesaal. |

Sehr gute Lage direkt an den Dünen von Renesse mit freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Außen- und Innenpool. Sehr schöne Anlage. Alles sauber. Wir waren in einem der Nebenhäuser untergebracht, die lediglich Centerparc-Niveau besitzen. Sehr schlechte Betten (Rückenschmerzen), ein wirklich kleiner Mini-Fernseher, keine Minibar. Einfachste Ausstattung unter dem Deckmantel eines 4-Sterne Hotels!Dass die Hunde mit in den Frühstücksraum dürfen ist sehr schlecht, da auch viele große Hunde darunter waren: sehr unhygienisch, wenn diese Tiere mit ihrer wedelnden Rute an den offenen Frühstückssachen vorbeilaufen. Und ich selbst bin sogar Hundebesitzer und Liebhaber! Aber das geht zu weit! Schade! |

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, direkt hinter den Dünen. Wir hatten nur ein paar hundert Meter zum Strand zu laufen. Fahrräder waren sofort buchbar. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, eingerichtet, dabei sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Essen war sehr (zu reichlich), aber gut. Nächstes Mal werden wir kein Menü nehmen, sondern wenn es geht, a la carte essen. Bei unserer Ankunft sollten wir in eines der Nebehäuser ziehen, das hätte man uns vorher mitteilen müssen, dann wären wir nicht gekommen. Es hat aber dann doch dank der freundlichen Receptionistin i m Haupthaus geklappt und wir waren sehr zufrieden. |

best tevreden en een aangenaam verblijf doorgemaakt, als opmerkingen lijkt me best een betere bewegwijzering vanuit het centrum aan te geven naar het hotel toe, en zeer zeker bij het ontbijt een dienblad te voorzien of toch minstens koffiekan en of andere dranken aan tafel te voorzien,nu is het veelal een heen en weer gedoe. |

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Ideal mit Hund, unter anderem, da es erlaubt ist , den Hund mit zum Frühstück zu nehmen. Für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen, aber auch nicht gerade preiswert. Die Betten sind zu weich |

Zowel ontvangst bij de receptie en bediening was prima. Ontbijt (buffet) zag er ook goed verzorg uit. Aan de voorkant is het redelijk gehorig. Door het grind bij de parkeerplaatsen waren al de voetstappen van de mede-gasten zeer goed te horen. Dit kwam niet ten goede van mijn nacht/(ochtend) rust. |

Back to Renesse, 19 ans après. Depuis 1990, l'hôtel a bien changé (piscines, spa, ..) , le personnel toujours aussi sympa, le buffet petit-déjeuner toujours aussi succulent. Mais les travers sont toujours là: (1) quasi aucune information en anglais (menu, ..) même si le personnel se débrouille dans cette langue (2) la propreté (poussière, moquette, ...) n'est pas à la hauteur de son nombre d'étoiles. Mais la proximité d'une plage propre, peu fréquentée et d'un village super sympa compensent ces points noirs. A recommander donc sans hésiter Aucune information en anglais (menu, ..): une petit coup de Google Translate améliorerait cette image. |

De afstand tot strand/zee en de uitstraling van het hotel zijn prima. Gelegen buiten de directe drukte van Renesse, met in de directe omgeving duinen en strand om heerlijk te recreëren. De handdoeken ruiken niet allen even fris, mogelijk door niet goed drogen voor het opvouwen. Dit is te ondervangen door een andere bij de sauna te pakken. |
