No es que no me haya gustado, pero creo que hacia falta mas variedad en el desayuno (más variedad de frutas, leche caliente que no habia, productos más naturales) |

Clean, friendly.Helpful owners nd staff. Hotel is very near centre of Haarlem with good cafes,restaurants and shops. 20minutes from Station and 15 minutes train journey to centre of Amsterdam Steep stairs and reception area give the wrong impression |

The coffee at breakfast was good!! Would have liked to have tea making facilities in the room, this should be a standard even for basic hotels. Also the breakfast was the same every morning, a change of menu would have been good. Overall the hotel is looking run down and needs refurbishing. |

Very quiet and easy-going. Nothing superfluous. Good breakfast buffet with fresh juice and fruit. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will certainly come again. |

centrally located it felt a bit confining and the feeling of being watched and/or monitored while having breakfast; the construction across the str. was not a site to see and hear but i am certain that that is a short term problem |

The hotel is in a central position, ideal to take a stroll in the city centre. My room was spacious and clean enaugh. Breakfast to upgrade. No lift. Stairs dirty narrow and dangerous. At night no one at reception. Finally i reccomend this hotel to young people only spending a weekend 2-3 days in the city. |

We liked its location and the fact that each member of our family of 4 was able to sleep in a bed, all in the same room. Decoration and ambiance is minimal. |

We didn't expect an American style hotel so we were able to enjoy the unique experience of a midrange European hotel that was very clean and friendly.The steep stairs added to the quaintness and were actually fun. The included breakfast was very good. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the parking was free, which was great. The hotel was clean, however it has steep stairs and no lift, so it may be difficult for elder people. |
