市内どこに行くにも徒歩圏内なので便利。宿泊客は女性や年齢の高いカップルが多く安心感がある。スタッフは- 家族的で感じが良い。朝食は全日同じ内容だがパンの種類は多くおいしく飽きなかった。コーヒー紅茶も終日飲- み放題。 古い建物なので廊下が狭く階段が急勾配。重いトランクを一人で運ぶには困難。ただし申し出ればスタッフに手- 伝ってもらえる。部屋の鍵があまりにもチープで不安でした。もっとちゃんとしたキーシステムに変えるべきで- す。無料無線LANがロビーでは使えるがPM10:00までなので日本との連絡が不自由でした。各部屋で2- 4時間使えるよう要望します。 |

Close to the centre of Haarlem. Was given a quiet room away from the street.Staff reacted to my reuests when made. Parking which is very expensive in Netherlands, & on the street was included. Good possibility would stay there again. No hair dryer, towels thin and worn. Glad I had my own bar of soap for the bath. |

The parking was advertised to be free, given that you should book for it. In the booking form I explicitly asked if a parking site was available for me as a mandatoriy condition for my booking, which was made upon price criteria. Upon arrival I discovered all the "free parking places" were fully booked and I had to pay for parking. After payment I've been sent in a parking facility which was almost empty with plenty of space so I really could not understand why they told me that parking was full. Exactly the kind of surprises I don't like. |

It was unwelcoming. It looked worn out and has definitely seen better days. The staff could speak very little English. The breakfast was ok but the boiled eggs were too grey. Finally, after 9 pm there was no one on site. I had concerns over personal security. I was given a number to ring in emergency and that was it until 7.30am. This is not acceptable. |

The staff are friendly, but are not "in-your-face" - and very helpful and thoughtful. Hotel is close to the main area but reasonably quiet. Would definitely go back. |

Me and my teen daughter stayed in the hotel 5 nigths and were very satisfied. The room (double spacious) was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom clean and shower with good hot water. Very good breakfast served in very nice room, staff very kind and helpfull. Very well located near the heart of the city, ten minutes walk from rain station.We would surely go back again. would not recommend it for older people because of the stairs which were very narrow and steep. |

Breakfast was excellent although the same every day. The rooms were adequate although a bit spartan and the location a bit far from the train station. Seemed a little expensive for what yoiu got. This hotel desperately needs a lift as the access to the rooms is via very narrow and steep stairs. |

Comfortable beds; clean, renovated rooms; good breakfast; friendly service. Reception area and hallways worn and rundown-looking; cleaning equipment stored in corners and hallways; location across from a huge construction site; too expensive for the quality of the hotel. |

Very friendly staff, warm welcome and prompt booking for our taxi back to the airport. Slightly disapponted at not being able to eat in the hotel the evening we arrived, but found a very good restaurant that we ate in for all four nights of our stay. |

comfy bed and clean room Just a bit bland and boring. We've been to 2 nicer hotels in Haarlem which are cheaper. No shower gel and very mean shampoo provided |

Spacious double room is much better than simple double room in this hotel (we stayed several times in Die Raeckse). Bathroom in this room in winter is appreciated. We've got double bed as requested. Thin walls, we heard the neighbors coughing or taking shower |

Friendly helpful staff/owner. Car park space available in nearby secure underground carpark for reasonable additional cost. Very steep stairs but no lift available making it very difficult for elderly people or painfull knee and hip joints. |

Direct het thuisgevoel, de mevrouw die ons ontving - een leeftijdgenoot?-bood ons direct een rustige kamer aan! ook de volgfende ochtend was het een goed toeven aan d eontbijttafel! De buurkamer waar vanaf een uur of 6 in de ochtend ( aan de tussenmuur) de tv aanstond, zodat wij erg vroeg wakker werden. |

Hôtel qui peut évoluer s'il est rafraichi. A du potntielà exploiter mais desservi par les gros travaux à proximité. Bien situé pour se rendre au centre ville. Pas de parking disponible |

Hôtel très fonctionnel, aucune déco, mais tout de même propre. Proche du centre. Possibilité d'avoir une carte de parking pour se garer gratuitement pendant 24h. Un peu bruyant, la déco des chambres est froide et inexistante, c'est vraiment fait pour juste y dormir. |
