Our a la carte restaurant d’Olde Schuur serves splendid meals in a pleasant atmosphere. Whether you want to enjoy an extensive meal or a formal quick business lunch, our kitchen team is able to cater for all your wishes. Our restaurant is opened 7 days a week from 11.30 am to 8.30 pm.

Route description By Public Transport From trainstation Assen you can take bus number 24 or 21 and disembark in front of the hotel. The distance from Assen to Rolde is approx. 6 km. From directions Utrecht/ Zwolle Follow highway A-28 in the direction of Assen, take exit 32 direction Assen-Zuid, Veendam Hooghalen, drive up exit/access to highway N376 in the direction of Rolde, at the roundabout take a 3 quarter turn, now you get onto the Grolloërstraat. If you continue this road after a while you will find Hotel Erkelens at your righthandside. From direction Groningen Follow highway A-28 in the direction of Assen, take exit 32 in the direction of Assen-Zuid, Veendam Hooghalen, drive up exit/access to highway N376 in the direction of Rolde, at the roundabout take a 3 quarter turn, now you get onto the Grolloërstraat. If you continue this road after a while you will find Hotel Erkelens at your righthandside. If you have one or more bikes with you, you can park them in our shed, which can be closed off.
