Hotel is really nice, well decorated and excellent location. Internet access free and breakfast room relly very stylish. Staff was lovely and very helpful nd friendly. Bthroom was bit small. |

Hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful is case of any questions or request. The breakfast (choice, quality) was really good. Availability of tea-pots in the rooms is useful, in particular for families with children. Availability of free internet is always useful. The location of the hotel is excellent: in the very centre, but in a quite place with a canal view. Some reconstruction / restoration in the rooms could be performed. |

The staff were outstanding, both friendly and helpful in booking tickets, taxis, etc. We felt so comfortable and treated with such kind respect, it was wonderful! |

Friendly staff, warm welcoming environment. Great location. Free breakfast on first morning. Rooms extremely small, no view of canals from the room. Construction work next door. |

Ontvangst en personeel alleraardigst, daar kan veel hotelpersoneel een voorbeeld van nemen. Sfeer is prima. Inrichting was gezellig maar een aantal dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Heb wel goed geslapen. Poetsen kan beter, zoals de ramen, hoekjes en stof afnemen overal. En de veroudering moet echt in de gaten worden gehouden. |

Su excelente ubicación, todo te queda muy cerca caminando; las hermosas vistas del Río desde la habitación; espléndido desayuno. Lo pequeño de las habitaciones y las instalaciones del baño son un poco incómodas, pero están decoradas con buen gusto y se compensa ésto con la excelente ubicación y el delicioso desayuno. |
