Hôtel familial et très local, pas vraiment un hôtel classique comme ceux qu'on voit régulièrement sur place Des petits détails comme des plaintes détachées ou une vitre fendue, du bricolage à faire en gros |

Lovely location. Friendly staff. Comfy bed(except for the plastic undercover; what is that all about?) Shag pile carpet needs to be replaced. |

Hotel is really nice, well decorated and excellent location. Internet access free and breakfast room relly very stylish. Staff was lovely and very helpful nd friendly. Bthroom was bit small. |

Hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful is case of any questions or request. The breakfast (choice, quality) was really good. Availability of tea-pots in the rooms is useful, in particular for families with children. Availability of free internet is always useful. The location of the hotel is excellent: in the very centre, but in a quite place with a canal view. Some reconstruction / restoration in the rooms could be performed. |

The staff were outstanding, both friendly and helpful in booking tickets, taxis, etc. We felt so comfortable and treated with such kind respect, it was wonderful! |

Friendly staff, warm welcoming environment. Great location. Free breakfast on first morning. Rooms extremely small, no view of canals from the room. Construction work next door. |

Ein sehr schönes stilvolles, romatisches Hotel. Gut gelegen im Zentrum von Amsterdam. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. |
