The Comfort of the bed was excellent, also the food is first class with an excellent menu choice I have stayed at this hotel many times and the down-side perhaps is the price, but this is now considered the "norm" in Netherlands |

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and the food is absolutely excellent!! Menu is First class as well as service Hotel was perhaps a little more expensive than I woudldhave expected, by comparison |

A good boutique hotel. We stayed in an antique room and it didn't disappoint. Lovely. Rest of hotel nicely deorated as well. Great breakfast and breakfast room. Only draw back is that you can hear the ajoining rooms plumbing when they use their bathroom. |

Great hotel, smiling staff always willing to help you enjoy your stay, good restaurant and excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet place not far away from Ijssenhalle where we met with friends to see Marillion playing over there, and Zwolle is a very nice town. I would highly recommand that place. Absolutely nothing since everything was perfect :) |

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was prima. De ligging ten opzichte van de stad goed. Het is een vriendelijk en leuk hotel maar het is verouderd. Het oogt niet goed schoon. De ramen/kozijnen zijn oud en daardoor tocht het behoorlijk. Het zou eens goed opgeknapt moeten worden en dan komt het helemaal goed. |

De aandacht, die aan ons werd besteed. Maar dat hadden we niet zo gauw door.We hadden in eerste instantie veel meer kunnen vragen.We zaten namelijk op de tweede verdieping.We zijn een ouder echtpaar, maar zien er blijkbaar jonger uit. Er was geen lift.Daarover hadden wij bij boeking informatie kunnen inwinnen.Ook hadden we bij aankomst kunnen vragen, of onze bagage naar boven gebracht kon worden.Eigenlijk moet er meer rekening worden gehouden met de leeftijd van de gast(die soms niet te zien is)!! |

Ruhig, hilfsbereit und ein sehr gutes Restaurant Die Matratze rutschte in der Nacht immer weiter nach außen, so dass ich unangenehm auf dem Fußboden landete. Für diesen Preis ist das unzureichend. |
