Was informed, by Receptionst upon check in, that the restaurant was open from a given time. On going to restaurant at that time was told restaurant was full as there was a party of 24 people. Told should have reserved table (had only checked in about 20 minutes before. Asked if they could serve a snack at the bar and was told "we do not do that". upon returning from dinner outside of hotel found someone in the bar being served a main course meal. |

the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, there was a good selection for breakfast. to get to the hotel you have to walk up a hill this is fine in the summer but not so great when it's raining and windy. |

Hotel is in a beautiful setting,and is light and clean,and the rooms are quite spacious,really enjoyed our short break,would recommend,to anyone who wants a short break in a nice part of Holland Would have preffered the bar open a little later than 2200. |

the stunning location and setting looking out to sea and up the coast line being asked to pay for the room on arrival, the breakfast was very poor with only hot eggs either boiled or scrambled and alot of nothing really, a few bowls of hundred and thousands. would recmmend this hotel as long as you are aware of the above |

Good access for disabled, good food and wonderful situation, right on the beach.Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Only a few minutes from Ijmuiden and the Newcastle ferry, and convenient for North Holland and Amsterdam, This our fourth stay in the hotel, At busy holiday weekends parking can be a bit tight. The exchange rate made this year's stay much more expensive for UK visitors. |

- wi-fi in the whole hotel, - nice and helpful personnel , - quality of lux rooms, - direct see view, - nice surrounding area, - cable-tv The quality of standard rooms is not enaught, I mean exactly the bathroom quality. Also cleanning service in the standard room is not perfect. |

Got an upgrade of the room. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeably answering questions regarding my hiking plans. Great view from the breakfast room. |

Die Nähe zum Meer und der traumhafte Meerblick sind eine Reise wert.Km langer Sandstrand. Das Hotel ist sehr Hundefreundlich. Die Speisekarte im Hotel ist etwas mager. Da im Winter die Starndbuden fast alle abgebaut sind, würde ich die Karte im Hotel erweitern. |

Je zit meteen op het strand en er is een boottaxi in de buurt om je naar de bazaar in Beverwijk of je naar Amsterdam CS te brengen. Had ik zelf helaas geen tijd voor. Het ligt naast de fabriek van Corus, en dat ruik je soms wel een beetje. |

Prima Locatie, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, aandacht aan styling in het gehele hotel De luxe kamer heeft een invalide badkamer,zeer eenvoudig en niet update (past niet in de verwachting en prijs).Ontbijtkamer niet ruim en en buffet word niet verzorgd tussentijds. |

Aardige ontvangst, Royaler kamer, attente service De toeslag van 10 per hond vond ik aan de hoge kant.. (Ik bracht er twee mee, kniehoog). Leeg ijskastje. Maar dat werd direct recht gezet, toen ik er om vroeg. |
