A lovely hotel, really pleasantly surprised at how nice it is, lovely setting, clean, spacious, well priced. The entrance to the hotel is the same door as the restaurant, but no signage which was slightly confusing.

the room was bright and clean . Plenty of free parking . Staff was friendly . We were there for 3 nights there. Be patient with the staff , they want to help you. I needed help to activate the tv . The telephone was out of order

The location to tour north and south Holland is good. Easy reach to all directions. Elevator is not working, as the rooms start on the first floor. Strange smell in hallways.

polite staff and good internet connection everything else - dirty rooms,unworking tv and lift. It was supposed to be a wifi connection but there wasn't despite the cable internet was prety fast. Noisy, especially after 17p.m. and the whole hotel was smelling on food. Very poor breakfast! The telephone was not working as well, so if you want to order something you have to go to the reception

I liked the fact that the hotel had a restaurant underneath it. Eating was easy and very comfortable. The hotel was clean, unlike many other reviews I read. And the beds were soft, which was a good thing. (Rather have soft then hard beds) I didn't like the fact that the room was so noisy. You could easily hear a car driving down the street. But it didn't bother me that much. The hotel room had a dark demeanor. That made it all look a bit down. It is only a nice hotel stay for 1 night. And I am not going back to that hotel again. but for 1 night, it's a good hotel. If you eat at the restaurant as well.

I especially like the Wok style of restaurant as this means that I can choose my own meals instead of having set menus which often mean that I leave something which I do not like. It is very convenient for vegetarian eating.

Clean and spacious room with airco and satelite tv. Very good free wifi connection. Best value for money in the region. The location is somewhat remote but there is a bus stop to Leiden cs and Alphen ad Rijn just around the corner. By car there is a 10-15 minutes drive to Leiden en Alphen. The main focus of the staff is on the large (and busy) chinese wok restaurant.

The food served in their restaurant is excellent. I like their Japanese cuisine. The only thing that can be considered negative is the location. It is situated at approximately 50 km away from Amsterdam. But if you have a rented car, then this is not an issue.

My room was more than adequate, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of foods, and the restaurant provided a varied choice of Chinese and Japanese dishes which were very tasty and .enjoyable

The staff were really helpful, pleasant and the room was very comfortable. The lift was broken for the whole time I was staying there. I couldn't get the television to work and the equipment had seen better days.

De prijs in verhouding tot het gebodene is zeer scherp. Keurige, ruime kamer. De televisie is een drama (veel te ingewikkeld, bediening zeer onduidelijk en ik heb geen seconde beeld gezien...), de buitenkant (industrieterrein, donker en luguber, verlichting met een soort bouwlampen en de baklucht op de gang. Op de kamer heb je daar geen last van.
