F-o-c spacy parking right in front. Little Japanese island in the Netherlands. This is (no longer) 4 stars standard (facilities, service, cleanness) ! Advance payment at check-in, nobody around at the reception / in the self service restaurant in the morning. Smell of wok kitchen all over the place. |

no napkins at breakfast. these were taken away from us. there wasnt always someone at reception. food choice in the restaurant was terrible. customer service very poor. the suite was not a sweet at all and was beside a motorway that was very noisy. one of the worst hotels i ever stayed in. |

Convenience to next location, and evening buffet meal The information about bed types was not clear. All rooms have only two single beds and not a double bed or King etc. This was a poor mistake and the hotel did nothing to rectify the problem. Despite raising the issue they would not permit an upgrade to a suite which ahd a king bed, it only cost â¬20 more. Also the clerk said we had two sepearte bookings an not one so many mistakes. |

het personeel was erg vriendelijk ,het buffet super de douche slang was niet lang genoeg om mijn haar recht op staande uit te spoelen ik moet dus bukken ,verder de airco maakt erg veel lawaai en het buffed een beetje simpel . |

Es ist ein schönes japanisch gehaltenes Hotel. Nicht weit von Gouda Rotterdam und Amsterdam. Im Restaurant gibt es leckeres Grillbüffet. Leider liegt das Hotel am Ortsrand in einem Industriegebiet. Wir wurden morgens von einigen LKWs geweckt. |

Was er slechts één nacht. De straat voor het hotel levert bij een open raam geluidsoverlast op. Er rijden de hele nacht vrachtwagens over de rotonde. Restaurant is alleen wok. |

Kolacja wliczona w cenę (w chińskiej restauracji mieszczącej się w hotelu), życzliwa obsługa, stosunkowo blisko do Amsterdamu i innych atrakcji (np. ogrodu Keukenhof). Jeżdżące w pobliżu ciężarówki (hotel poza miastem, w pobliżu magazynów), sam hotel też dość akustyczny, słychać odgłosy z innych pokoi. Ogólnie standard średni, ale ok jako np. baza wypadowa do Amsterdamu na 1 dzień. |

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal.Ze deden echt hun best om het naar onze zin te maken. Wij hebben het hotel geboekt eind 2008 en daar was toen het ontbijt inbegrepen in de prijs.Bij aankomst in april 2009 moesten we ineens het ontbijt betalen.Vind ik persoonlijk NIET kunnen. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist geeignet für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, weniger für längere Ferien. Die sprachliche Verständigung mit dem Personal war eher schwierig - auch in Englisch. Restauration: Keine Alternative zu japanischer Küche . |
