Location was excellent, right on the edge of the old town area. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was quiet. Lighting and furnishings were poor. Rooms were cramped and funky. Bathroom shower was ancient and needed some calking. All in all, not sure it was worth the cost for a quad, it is almost a hostel. Singles are probably a better deal.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly|! Dinner was superb, too and should be included as a go-to place for wonderful food and service. The breakfast buffet was terrific! Also, the location was the best for shopping and enjoying the farmers markets! Loved our stay!

The room for 4 person was very little only with the space for beds. The room was very noisy and unconfortable. The bathroom had very old forniture and smelly. The hotel needs to be restored. Very bad quality/price.

The friendly,laidback, atmosphere of the reception and other staff.Good location on Maastricht`s Market place.Good breakfast. No lift and many stairs to the 3rd floor--not suitable for 91 year olds(my father).Public car park 800 metre walk,no parking outside hotel.Maastricht has a tricky oneway system that takes some figuring out.

Very convenient for getting about - just off the Markt Plaats. Small and friendly. Simple and clean. Fantastic breakfasts. Inability to drive up to the door due to pedestrianisation measures - open-air city parking 300 - 400 metres away.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Nette en ruime kamer (4-persoons). Fijne boxspringbedden. Heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt. Perfecte locatie. Wij sliepen op de bovenste verdieping en moesten flink wat trappen op om op de kamer te komen. Vooral met alle baggage. Misschien een kleine lift plaatsen?

Mooie locatie, kamer voor 5 personen beschikbaar, vriendelijk personeel, prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima De matrassen op de bedden waren erg zacht (eigenlijk te zacht). Wij hadden een bijzetbed besteld, maar dat bed zakte gelijk in elkaar, waardoor we met een extra matras op de grond hebben geslapen (onze oudste zoon).

Bijzonder vriendelijke gastheren en -vrouwen. Persoonlijke benadering. De eigenaar werkt zelf mee in het hotel en het restaurant, dat is een goed teken. We voelden ons zeer welkom in hotel Holla. De hele nacht een portier, geeft een veilig gevoel. Lekker en redelijk uitgebreid ontbijt, je kunt net zo lang blijven zitten als je wilt. Drie verschillende kranten erbij. Prima bedden, niet te hard. Mooie flatscreen TV. Schone kamers. Elke dag wordt het linnen verwisseld en worden de kamers schoongemaakt. Schone, compacte badkamer, prima douche. Loungeruimte met veel tijdschriften. Mooi modern interieur. Goede service: de afstandsbediening deed het niet en meteen kregen we een nieuwe. Eigenaar spreekt minstens 3 buitenlandse talen. Heerlijk eten in bijbehorend restaurant Cachet. Met redelijke prijzen voor de hoofdgerechten, alleen de toetjes zijn overpriced. Hotel zit aan de markt, heel gezellig op zaterdag. We zaten in kamer 17 op zolder, onder het schuine dak. Vrij laag plafond, dus komt wat benauwd over. Als eenpersoonskamer is dit prima, voor twee personen wat aan de kleine kant. Basic ingericht, geen poespas. Geen airco. Als het in de zomer buiten lekker warm is, dan kan deze kamer wel erg heet worden. Het raam openzetten heeft niet zoveel zin want dat zit boven een grote afzuiginstallatie van een keuken - met bijbehorende etensluchtjes. Wat extra haakjes aan de muren zou handig zijn. Er was geen haarföhn in de badkamer aanwezig. Dit hoort tegenwoordig toch wel tot de standaarduitrusting.

Keuken erg goed. Gezelligheid in de hotelkamer ontbrak. Waardeloos uitzicht. Veel kalkaanslag in badkamer, vieze gele voegen. Waardeloze compleet verwassen badhanddoeken
