Staff were friendly helpful and informal. Terrific laid back atmosphere I got wrong information on public transport which cost me the price of a taxi fare. No information anywhere especially in the rooms like how to use safe, TV, Check out times etc. No restaurant, but eating next to the Martinair Flight Academy at the Airport, an easy 10 min walk was both reasonable and excellent. |

It was close to the fair wich I was attending. During the check-in they tried to add an extra charge for the breakfast alltough this was included in the price when I booked the hotel. Fortunately, I had a copy of the booking on me... Not such a good action of the hotelstaff. |

Makkelijk te bereiken, vlakbij onze bestemming lelystad. We moesten daar de volgende dag vroeg zijn. Voor 1 nacht een prima hotel. Via Booking was het 65 euro. Prima prijs. Als we paticulier hadden geboekt, dan waren we 115 euro kwijt geweest. Dit is te duur. Ontbijt was matig; de koffie was gewoon slecht. |

Kamer netjes met een uitstekende bed! Prettig samengesteld ontbijt tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs. Jammer genoeg bleek het op de internetsite beloofde gratis internet toch betaald te moeten worden. Ook bleek de minibar op de kamer onaangekondigd buiten bedrijf gesteld, de klaarblijkelijk vervangende automaat op de gang was wat matig gevarieerd gevuld. De sloten van de kamerdeuren werken hinderlijke geluidsoverlast in de hand omdat ze alleen met enig geweld dichtgetrokken kunnen worden. In de badkamer miste een badmatje. |

Ligging bij anwb testcentrum Comfort. Amateurisme personeel, afgesloten inibar, kapotte lampen, geen gebruiksaanwijzing tv, geen info over hotel en gebruik, geen airco.Ontbijt was goed maar had pover assortiment. Het geheel zag er goed gepoetst uit, maar had de uitstraling van een twintig jaar niet geverfde of onderhouden huurwoning. |

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Probleemloze overboeking naar andere kamer omdat we (onaangekondigd) een campingbedje bij ons hadden ivm een autistisch kind. |
