Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era sempre pulita e il bagno in ordine, il letto grande e molto comodo. |

posizione e disponibilita' del personale Mancanza di servizi (frigobar, asciugacapelli, tv satellitare, scarsa fornitura del bagno) e soprattutto la scarsa pulizia della moquette e lenzuola e cuscini sporchi e con fori. |

The room was a nice size and the Hotel conveniently located for the city. Most of the staff were fine, but the man at reception on Sunday morning July 5th was not very friendly, and told my friend and I that we had not paid for breakfast. I have once again checked my booking and quite clearly we had paid for breakfast some €34 ....but he insisted we had not paid. Therefore we had to go out to find a café for breakfast. By the time we got back to the Hotel it was around 11.45am and the same man then told us off because we had not checked out at 11am. If he had looked properly he would have seen that we had indeed paid for breakfast, and if we had been allowed to have it there then we would have been out by the 11am deadline. I found his attitude unhelpful and he did not even say goodbye when we left. I would also like a refund for the breakfast ...since we were not allowed to have it. Many thanks. The Hotel took my printout of the booking , so I was not able to check about the breakfast until now. |

The location of the hotel was very close to the centre of Maastricht and a 2 minute walk from the train station. Also, the hotel had a 24 hour reception which suited our late arrival. The reduced rate was excellent! |

The rooms are big, clean and comfortable, also easy acess to the train and bus station, no danger. I think the breakfast is a little bit too pricey! so, we didn't hve it at the hotel instead bought some breads at a nearby welknown Dutch bakery at just 2 mins walk away |

They have good beds. The rooms are old and the shower and toilet are to old for the quality of the hotel |

Desk clerk was knowledgeable and helpful, location near train station was great, the hotel is undergoing major renovation perhaps will be better after that carpet was stained, room not well kept, stated there was wireless internet in rooms, really only in lobby, high priced for what you get |

Close to the station; bed was quite comfortable. Very expensive for the low amount of facilities in the room (absence of hair dryer, shower gel...). Walls and ceiling were a bit dirty (spider's nets). Breakfast was expensive. |
