Lage 3 min von Central Station und in Centrum Ja..... Personal, unfruendlich. Fenster in zimmer, konnte ich nicht zu machen und auch nicht weiter öffnen, war immer auf einer kliene spalte öffen. Nicht sehr sauber. Preis verhältnis |

Top Lage, freundliche hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen, gratis Internet, gratis Safe, täglich frische Handtücher, typisches altes, verwinkeltes Amsterdamer Stadthaus, Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, das Frühstück war ok. Gepäckaufbewahrung war problemlos möglich. Preis / Leistung ok für Amsterdamer Verhältnisse. Zimmer zur Strasse raus war sehr laut, dazu laute Nachbarn im Nebenzimmer. Das Zimmer war schmuddlig und bedarf dringend einer Inspektion und einigen Reparaturen (Haartockner ging nicht, Duschschlauch war defekt, 2 Lampen brannten nicht, Fussboden hatte grosse Ritzen mit Schmutz drin). Ein Bett knarrte extrem. Keine Fernbedienung für den TV. |

Liegt direkt im Zentrum und nur 2 min zum Bahnhof, bekannteste Shoppingmeile direkt hinter dem Hotel. Frühstück ausreichend und gut (sehr guter Kaffee, Tee, versch. Säfte, Toast, Schinken, Salami, Käse, Marmelade, Müsli).Internet gratis im Hotel. |

hmmmm....nothing at all. the mice in the room, the mice poop in the bed, the filthy room, switching rooms at 3 in the am to another room that had no sheets on the bed so we had to go back to our old room...grab the sheets and make the bed ourselves, and especially the staff who couldn't care less about any of the above!! do yourself a favour and do not stay at this dump...we found a much nicer hotel (hotel Nadia) just down the street for a much more affordable price...i wouldn't recommend this dive to my worst enemy.!! |

It was centrally placed: near central station and trams could easily be reached. The hotel staff could communicate in English and were very helpful always attending to our needs. Room was found to be clean and breakfast was moderate. Hotel has an internet facility Water tended to move out of shower to rest of bathroom but this was taken care of. There was a steep step from the room to the bathroom. To reach reception one has to go up a flight of steps (there is no lift). We are aged 62 and managed this but older couples might not. Though most reviews for mature couples on booking.com website are correct I cannot say that the room we had was not clean and that we suffered from noise in the neighbourhood. On the other hand the hotel could do with a little refurbishment |

Its location It was shabby; the rooms were very small; the stairs were very steep and difficult. There were mice running freely in the bedroom. The breakfast was OK but poor by Dutch standards. |

Was close to everything including mice and other vermin... Vermin, breakfast, the room, the stairs. When we complained about there being a mouse in the room the night porter simply asked if 'we were scared of a little mouse?'... We finally got another room though so its not all bad. Thought we were on 'im a celebrity...' |

Only location It was very dirty in lobby and terribly dirty inside the room - walls, bathroom, bed sheets, all light fixtures were broken. I made photos inside the room to share if somebody wants to see the proof of my words. I do not recommend this hotel for family stay!!!! |

very close to city center and central train station poor breakfast .. not that clean ... kept asking for remote control with no reponse for 5 days !!! ... I paid via credit card and yet they hold 25% of the fee till now !!! |

The location of the hotel is very convenient, since it is next to the Central Station and near the Red Lights District and all the main tourist sites of Amterdam. There was a mouse in the room which came out every night and was looking for food.The rooms were not very clean, especially the blankets. |

Cheap. Very near to train station. 10 minutes walk. Staff not courteous. Rooms not clean. Washrooms not good. We were given Y shaped room with two seperate beds. There was no possibility to join the beds together. Hotel staff was not concerned about this. |
