Overpriced room due to a major football match

Close and short walk to and from Amsterdam Central Station. Reasonably priced and good for a short and safe stay. Staff are helpful. Allows late check-out until 2pm and bags left and watched safely.

Inconvenient for travelers with heavy bags because access is only through high stairs, no elevator. Rather old.

Dont ever go to that hotel if you are travelling alone and with luggage! You have them to carry them by yourself throught the stairs even if you are a women. Although I had given my credit card to block the room, way before my arrival they just deducted the whole amount from the card! The staff was rude

good breakdfast in morning, room a little noisy due to stairwell noise but quieter near 2am so managed to sleep ok. Steep stair not fot he week kneed, other wise I have had a lot worst in Amsterdam

The hotel is located close to the center and all tours start from this area.

High staires to the first floor, is hard with a lagage.

We stayed in family room on 2nd floor. Room was spacious and clean, with balcony. Suprisingly it wasn't noisy. Location is fantastic, just 6 minutes from central station and 6 from Dam square. It's rather hostel than hotel, and if you are prepared for hostel standards, it's really ok. No mouse detected ;)

Stairs are really steep. Courtins need to be changed.

The hotel infested with mice and rats and that is why you can not put any food inside. Promised wi-fi, but the hotel's router did not work all the days I was there and can not be used in the rooms any way. At night, the hotel staff is not polite, rude, crude, is not interested in helping and does not care of any thing. I recommend, despite the good location of the hotel, to find another one.

Value for money. To stay in the centre of Amstedam with a private bathroom and breakfast

Small but what can you expect at that price?

The location of the hotel was perfect.

For 3 nights, we dealt with a mouse. The first night the receptionist refused to change our room. The second night the mouse was in our room, going through the empty trash, we changed our room that night. The third night there was another mouse in our new room. We had to sleep at the couches next to the reception desk on our final night.

Staff were very nice and location was perfect.

Hotel was not as advertised in any way, bedrooms were dirty and un maintained.

The location is close to perfect situated 5 min. from The Central Station. Clean beds. Clean bathroom. Cleaning every day.

The room was very worn down. The breakfastbuffet was not impressive. White toatsbread, ham, cheese and salami. Cornflakes and milk. Apple- and orangejuice. Could be better.

Good location near railway station and down town ; simple but clean room.

Some noises from neighbours (young travelers) and a little mouse in my room during the night ... :)

The location was the only good thing about this hotel .

Well when we arrived at the hotel it was around 8am .check in wasn't until 2 pm but they would not let us in to our room even though it was empty so we had to walk the streets until then.When we eventually got in to out room it was nothing like any of the pictures on the website .The barroom door only opened half way because the bed was blocking it .the room was still dirty and the bed had a whole in it .This is not what you expect in a hotel .We slept in the room most of the day as we were tired the went out or a while I did not sink anything or eat anything other then what was in my suit case in the middle of the night a began to get sick really bad and have diarrhea after having this all night I woke up finding shavings of a chocolate bar in my suit case not thinking anything of it after the second night me and my boyfriend were woke to rustling in my bag I went closer to grab the bag and a mouse jumped out and ran across the floor .this was obviously the cause of my sickness as there was a half opened bag of chrisps I had been nibbling on the whole day .We went straight to the reception and told them about this and they did not seam faised,shocked or sorry about anything that had happened just told us there's nothing they could do and asked us to step aside .Take a note after 5 minutes in the room we asked to be moved and they said they were fully booked but online they still had rooms .Nobody in this hotel was of help or plesent about our concerns .The hotel was filthy .I would warn anybody thinking about staying here to think otherwise and go to a hostel around the corner.

The localization of the hotel is perfect.

Mice in the rooms

Close to the Central Railway station so not far to pull cases. Largish room, warm, cosy, comfortable.

TV below standard (poor picture). Breakfast poor.

The room was very cheap with lovely clean beds.

Room was run down and tired looking, also alot of mice running through the room at night.
