Bij de reservering werden geen creditcard gegevens gevraagd. Dat vind ik een positieve uitzondering T.O.V. andere hotels. Is voor mij nog een uiting van vertrouwen in de gasten.

Gezelligheid en zeer klantvriendelijk. Probleem . . . direkt opgelost! Fijn personeel en lekker ontbijt. Een minpuntje is de douche zonder gordijn. De hele badkamer is nat na het douchen.

Disponibilité et bon accueil du personnel. Le wifi, sensé fonctionner dans tout l’hôtel, est hors de portée des chambres et étages. Il fonctionne dans le restaurant.

We hebben u gevonden via het blad Glutenvrije en genoten van de onbezorgde glutenvrije maaltijden. Genoten van jullie hotel en van strand, duinen en het weer - november!! De beloofde wifi deed het niet of soms even - kamer 36 !!

Een uitstekende kamer met goed ingerichte badkamer met jacuzzi en separate douche. Gezellig en sfeervol ingericht restaurant met een redelijke kaart en een ruim ontbijtbuffet. Het personeel zou zich moeten realiseren dat zij er voor de gasten zijn en niet andersom! Het is niet zo dat ik daar een formele klacht over zal indienen maar het kon best wat vriendelijker.

De kamer werd prima schoongemaakt. Sanitair zag er goed uit. Bed werd netjes opgemaakt en handdoeken vervangen. Prima ontbijt. Dineren hebben wel telkens elders gedaan. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam als iets werd gevraagd.

Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal dort und sind sehr zufrieden. Unkompliziert und sehr freundliches Hotel. Unserem kleinen Hund Emma gefällt es da auch sehr gut, da er morgens mit zum Frühstück darf und er direkt gegenüber dem Strand wohnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
