I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Milano. The staff was extremely flexible (I arrived at 1am, while the hotel closes at 11pm) and the room were really large and well cared for. Also, the breakfast deserves a big thumbs up! |

It was located in the center of the city and close to transportation for sight seeing. The service was very good and we were accomadated even though check in was not due for several hours. Nothing that can be fixed. We had an individual in our party who had a hard time climbing the stairs but we did not expect to find many ground floor accomadations on our trip. |

The staff is kind and the breakfast is good. This hotel is near the China Town, and the neighborhood is noisy and not security. There is only stairs no elevator to our room, so it was very tough to bring heavy baggages. |

Friendly staff, breakfast included. I think this hotel is not actually a 3 star and is a little too expensive. Same details in the room could be improved (the curtains were too old, the safety deposit box was not working, the garden on the backs looked like a jungle...). You have to pay in advance or leave there your ID or credit card. And if you want to use the internet you have to pay 10€/day. |

The size of both the room itself and the bathroom - very spacious. The lift was a tad temperamental!! |

During breakfast the room cleaning staff was shouting, instead of conversing, all the time. |

I have enjoyed staying in Hotel Milano tremendously and I must say it has the best service and amenties, and the best value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and a wide range of amenties were provided, including an in-house thermal flask and free flow of coffee and tea, and also a wide range of tolietries. Staff were helpful and breakfast spread was good. Great experience! |

1. Good Location, 2. Good, hearty, well supplied, daily dutch breakfast, and 3. People seemed friendly and courteous. Yes, 1. The complementary safe did not work. 2. The Toilet flushbox kept running, which required me every time having to open the flushbox lid and help its plunger valve close. 3. The room key was merely a skeleton key, which did not give a very safe feeling. 4. The bed reading light bulb was burnt out, which I did not discover until later. Hoewer, upon requist the staff brought me a differen |

Ruime kamer, mooie badkamer, gewoon prima. |

Redelijk hotel in het centrum van Rotterdam. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers goed behalve douche/WC erg klein. Daarentegen ontbijt zeer goed en uitgebreid. |

Goed ontbijt, met verse, wamre croissants Personeel was vriendelijk, maar moest vaak van ver komen. Veel gedoe: vooraf betalen, maar rekening kon niet direct uitgeprint worden. |
