Hotel Milano

La dimensione della camera e del bagno era davvero notevole. Ottimi il bollitore ed il frigobar

Staff davvero scortese. Le scale sono quasi inquietanti per quanto sono ripide (anche se questa abbiamo notato essere una prerogativa di diverse scale in tutta l'olanda). La zona che la circonda e attraverso la quale si deve passare per andare in centro è davvero brutta

La camera era una tripla assolutamente pulita, ordinata e molto spaziosa. I servizi igienici erano puliti in modo impeccabile. La colazione era molto ricca e variegata. La posizione dell'hotel, in effetti, è un pò decentrata, ma per i nostri scopi, cioè visita della città di Rotterdam, è decisamente accettabile.

L'unico dettaglio da segnalare è l'assenza di una tenda scura per impedire l'infiltrazione di luce.

Good location. Very good breakfast.

Renovation of the bathroom would be good. We did not have any problem with it but when other things are good, dirty tiles or joints attract your eyes.

Going home at the end of my stay !!

1. The bedding was never changed once during our 5 day stay, we spilled tea in the one bed on the first night and it was still there after the last night. 2. The bathroom door would not close and the door handle was broken. 3. There was only one bulb between all 4the bed side lights, thus had I to move to my sons bed to do some reading 4. The cups was NEVER cleaned, we had to wash the tea cups after the second day as we needed cups for tea. 5. Nor the milk or tea was ever filled up 6. 2 of the milks in the room on the first night was as thick as butter (rotten)and after we put it into the cup was it left there until we had to clean the cups 2 evenings later. 7. The 3de morning did you not even have milk and we had to buy milk at shop

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Milano. The staff was extremely flexible (I arrived at 1am, while the hotel closes at 11pm) and the room were really large and well cared for. Also, the breakfast deserves a big thumbs up!

It was located in the center of the city and close to transportation for sight seeing. The service was very good and we were accomadated even though check in was not due for several hours.

Nothing that can be fixed. We had an individual in our party who had a hard time climbing the stairs but we did not expect to find many ground floor accomadations on our trip.

Good area, clean room, nice stuff, good value of money

The staff is kind and the breakfast is good.

This hotel is near the China Town, and the neighborhood is noisy and not security. There is only stairs no elevator to our room, so it was very tough to bring heavy baggages.

I think this hotel is not actually a 3 star and is a little too expensive. Same details in the room could be improved (the curtains were too old, the safety deposit box was not working, the garden on the backs looked like a jungle...). You have to pay in advance or leave there your ID or credit card. And if you want to use the internet you have to pay 10€/day.

Zentrale Lage wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof/Tram/Metro, es ging nur um eine Übernachtung aufgrund eines Kongresses, von daher war das Hotel durchaus in Ordnung

Sehr einfaches und schlichtes Mobiliar, aber s.o.

el acceso a la habitación y que tiene una hora de cierre. avisé de mi llegada tarde y no lo tuvieron en cuenta. Cuando llegué a las 1.30 de la madrugada estaba cerrado y tuve que ir a otro hotel.

É um hotel com aspecto bastante familiar e muito acolhedor. O pequeno-almoço foi bastante agradável e o quarto onde fiquei instalada era optimo!!

O elevador nao estava em funcionamento.

La ubicación, el ascensor y que no tenga un parking normal, tuvimos que aparcar en un jardín con la duda de si volveriamos a ver nuestro coche por la ubicación del hotel.
