Beliggenheden, den trådløse netadgang og hotellets personale var et absolut plus. Værelsernes meget lille størrelse og de ringe forhold i forbindelse med morgenmaden et minus. Gør det muligt - mod betaling - at få morgenmaden på værelset, så man slipper for at starte dagen med at stå i kø; først ved den såkaldte buffet, siden for at få et bord. |

the location the staff attitude. very impolite.we came down to breakfast at 9- breakfast was until 10 or 11 but there was no food left and the girl at the desk had the nerve to blame us that we have already eaten.also there was a third folding bed in the room that took all the space but they would not remove it. |

they should have tea or coffe in the room, because to far to go to coffee shop. I had a problem if you did not want to spend time in your room you had nowhere to go or sit for a while |

good selection for breakfast / room cleaned each day room "compact" and the walls are very thin (need more soundproofing) - very aware of neighbouring guests |

Superb location. Room was small with fairly basic furnishings but very clean. Good breakfast, friendly staff, good quality bathroom with plenty of hot water. |

the front desk daytime receptionist was very helpful and courteous she was the best of the hotel size of rooms; breakfast poor for price of room |

When i arrived they had no record of my booking even though my wife made a payment over the phone to them the day before and i had they confirmed they had me booked in to her, . I then had to pay again as they said no payment was made and had no recollection of speaking with my wife, alfter a long wait i was sent to another hotel a long way from theres and put in a very small poky room ! |

Closeness to the city center The hotel is not worth a 3 star recomendation, although it was rated like that in your website. The hotel is a 2 star hotel with some renovations in the bedrooms. |

Location of the hotel is good. Also breakfast was quite ok. If all you need is bed to sleep over night and do not care much about space - the hotel is ok. Twin rooms are actually not exactly twin. Two beds pushed together with not much possibilities to separate them - we somehow rearranged rooms ourselves, but rooms for so called twin rooms are way to small - accordingly price for so small rooms is too high. |
